This place is amazing so clean so beautiful and everyone there is so kind and professional and out to help you and the person that you are trying to comfort. Kendall Lakes Rehab was a fabulous facility for my mother while she was in rehab for three months. The doctors, staff and administration were incredibly kind and attentive to all of my mother’s needs. In particular, I would like to highlight Maria from admissions, who was unbelievably helpful the entire time from admissions to the time my mother was discharged and beyond. She is a true professional and a valuable asset to your facility. I highly recommend Kendall Lakes Rehab!

The services my grandma has received here are amazing. The staff is so attentive and very loving with the patients. The rehab is always very clean and it feels very welcoming. The food and accommodations to the patients are great. I love the activities that they constantly bring forward for both the patients and families. A very welcoming place 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I give this place 3 stars for the service it has and provides residents. The place is clean and I've seen nothing but care for patients there when I've visited my dad. Maria is amazing with patients in caring for them. Unfortunately, I have to take 2 stars off for telephone communication. It's beyond frustrating to call and essentially be put on a loop until you get hung up on because the operator doesn't want to pick up the phone and do their job. My dad doesn't pick up his phone, he has dementia, and it's affecting his ability to cognitively manage any appliances or electronics. I try to get through to his room, but he usually will not pick up, so I usually try to call back later and if it happens again I try to contact the nursing station, it's the only way to get through. The issue is the operator keeps the call to the room in a loop, so you're just hearing the phone ring and ring and then they resend to room and then you get disconnected. I will spend minutes in this process and it's beyond frustrating. I am not sure what training they have in relation to how to handle calls, but as a patient's relative I can tell you it's beyond frustrating and painful to try to call a loved one. Everyone I've dealt with in the switchboard/receptions area is unhelpful. They answer you in one word answers, rarely give a greeting and just send the call off to not deal with it. They basically treat your call like a nuisance which, is unbelievable considering that's their main job. Leadership and administration at the rehab center, need to look into this and fix the issue.

Update-- I received a personal call from a facility administrator to discuss my review. She was thorough, courteous, polite and provided a resolution to the issue I was having. I appreciated the extra outreach and concern over the communication issues I have encountered. I've updated my review to 5 stars because I think their responses warrants the change. I highly rate their service and care of the elderly based on my experience with my father there.
