I absolutely love this office! They were incredibly helpful with my insurance, especially since it was a bit complicated. The clinic manager assisted me right away, and the front desk team was equally wonderful. This is my third visit, and every time I've been impressed by the exceptional service. ACA? Meaningful use? What are those?
Stop! Save yourself some hassle and grief and don't. Too many providers out there that provide better service and are more customer centric. You send a message on their website and they don't respond. They don't have a patient portal so you can't look up anything about your account, visits, results, you can't send your provider a message, you can't even request a prescription refill because they have no forum for any of that! What doctor's office in this age of computers and the internet, with all the electronic health records options out there that DO offer a patient portal, chooses an electronic health record that DOESN'T have a patient portal? They can't even send prescription refills to Costco or a dozen other places that people would go to get their refills. The doctor is not in during the first part of the week. They don't call you back when they say they will. I had an annual physical that involved nothing physical. No inspection of the ears, eyes, nose, throat, heart or lungs. No diabetic foot exam. They didn't even have me step on a scale! Just an EKG, a discussion of my health history, and a review of my medications. I believe the definition of an annual physical exam is to actually physically examine the patient! If it wasn't for the fact that they have late nights and weekends there would be no reason to go to this place ever.
