Terrible customer service. Specially people from the pharmacy. They have been calling me for several weeks, and when I called back to know who was calling me. They always said that “NOBODY WAS CALLING YOU “I’m actually looking for another pharmacy to move out of that place. Another thing. As soon as you entering to the Building all the Staff behind the counters are looking at you asking where you go, also you can not walk freely to see the products that they are selling on the showroom. I’m a Registered Nurse , and this place remember me when I worked at TGK Correctional center , and I was receiving the inmates for the body scanning and screening .Please I don’t want any response from the “owner “ don’t waste your time.

Horrible customer service. I called and was told to just go to the store. Once in the store lady kept saying they didn't have what I was looking for and I did find it. Took advantage of the trip bought an OTC medication. Price was higher there than other pharmacies but ok. Smaller business I get it. Tried to buy an incontinence item. Sales woman recommended one that she said it was better. It was a totally different product and it is not useful for what my family needed and can't return it .One guy there tried to be helpful and he was nice but you can tell he didn't know much. Not his fault. Probably new. If you go you better know exactly what you need. Don't ask for help. Miami service is bad most of the time but medical pharmacies are particularly rude unfortunately.

I would like to Thank Mr. Alex for going beyond his duty. My dad is 97 years old in need of walker if it was not for Mr. Alex, he will not receive his walker delivered. My dad doctor office made so many mistakes transferring the information to his office that it was in possible without Mr. Alex. I don't have any words to thank Mr. Alex thanks God there is people in this world that cares he made a big difference in my dad remaining of his life. Mr. Alex thank you and God Bless you always and be with you.

Horrible customer service. The employees and management are highly rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this business to anyone. They won’t provide any accommodation even if the product they provided is defective.
