I became a customer of Medical Care Services in March 2023, and my experience has unfortunately been far from satisfactory. From my very first interaction with Ramon, I felt a lack of genuine care and concern for my needs. Each monthly call to order my CPAP supplies has left me feeling uncomfortable, as if I were inconveniencing them rather than receiving essential medical support.

The situation reached its breaking point when my monthly supply package failed to arrive. When I contacted Isa, the customer representative, I was informed that I would now need to personally pick up my supplies, as they would no longer mail them to me. I attempted to explain my situation and even provided my business address for future deliveries, but Isa was inflexible, insisting on adhering to what she termed "rules."

When I arrived to pick up my supplies, I was met with further disappointment. Isa approached the counter without even acknowledging my presence or offering a greeting. When I asked her to treat me with respect and look me in the eye, she refused. I requested her name, and she walked away instead of responding, leaving me feeling dismissed.

Alberto, the supervisor on duty, tried to mediate the situation, but Isa's unprofessional behavior persisted, even in his presence. It’s disheartening to realize that in a medical setting, where compassion and respect should be paramount, I was met with such rudeness and indifference.

I believe that every patient deserves to be treated with respect and care. Unfortunately, my experiences with Medical Care Services have not reflected this principle. I hope they take this feedback to heart and work towards improving their customer service for the sake of their patients.

Don’t go to this store, you may have a bad experience like I just did.I walked in off the street since I saw it stated CPAP and I needed a new mask since I was having issues with my current mask. As I walked into the store location no one was there but someone behind the glass tinted wi told me someone would be out in a moment, while I waited I looked at the options they had located on the wall, a older gentleman came out with glasses and grey hair, asked me if I needed help, I advised I had a CPAP machine and I was looking for a new mask, gave him the model of my mask and I advised that I was having issue and I wanted another option to my current mask.I know what I wanted,I just had to verify information before I purchased it with them.The older gentleman that attended me advise me that I needed to hurry up because the store was about to close .The store hours are Monday-Friday 9-5 this was 4:40 PM,I advise the gentleman that’s great customer service he advise I can leave. He made me feel like I was trash.i said thank you and walked out of the store.if you need CPAP equipment don’t go there, go somewhere else I deal with Apria I’ll stick with them.

I can't recommend this company more. I recently did my sleep study and had my doctor send my RX to this company which my co-worker recommended bc she recently got hers from them. Although, there has been a wait to receive my machine, the staff has been very courteous and communicative. The woman who explains the benefits is very knowledgeable. I learned a lot about this process just by talking to her. Initially, I had been refered to other companies which were not nearly as nice and whose waiting period is much longer than this company promised.

They have great items but I buy my CBD from them. I notice that there is a difference from the ones on Amazon and there's. The one I buy at this place is 900 or 1000 and it helps me with stress to sleep but what I really like about it is that I wake up with next to 0 % joint pain from previous accidents. Cbd here is great. Quality does not cost it pays! 😀Thank You.
