AVOID this company at all cost. I gave it a 1 star because there is nothing lower. My husband was discharged from the hospital on Tuesday and we were told the equipment would be delivered that evening. When I called on Wednesday to ask why the walker, commode, and wheelchair had not been delivered I was told they did not have the equipment. I told them if they did not have the equipment to provide to the customers that they should close their business. Then the person I was speaking to backtracked and said they had it but the commode and walker would be delivered between 10am and 12 Noon on Thursday. We had to cancel a doctor‘s appointment because we did not have the equipment to transport my husband. It was delivered at 12:35. I said to the delivery person “you are finally here” and he answered that if I had a bad day it was not his problem. I told him that it was his company’s problem for not delivering the equipment on time He then said that I had insulted him and that he would not even allow his mother to talk to him like that. I closed the door because he was continuing with his tirade. A few minutes later I got a call. The person would only identify himself as a coordinator. I told him I was disappointed with the services they provide and then he raised his voice, said if I was upset because they were 35 minutes late, and that it was the hospital’s fault. I said the hospital said we were getting the equipment on Tuesday evening. He said that he could cancel the wheelchair delivery on Friday. I said that all I wanted was the equipment. He continued yelling and at that point I hung up.
