Horrible place. (HIPPA)Instead of taking me somewhere private to discuss my labs and issue. The medical assistant refused to come out and speak with me so instead she had the front desk receptionist discussing some of my lab results in the waiting room amongst other patients, then when the office manager came out to speak with me she also attempted to discuss my labs amongst other patients in the waiting room. I was so disappointed in the treatment and neglect. I believe their lack of care to help me was because I said I would reschedule later in the year for my ultrasound since my insurance was new and I needed to meet my deductible since they were going to charge me $500. Since I was scheduled to also receive results I asked while canceling the ultrasound with the assistant that called me two days prior to tell me about the $500 charge for the ultrasound, if I can just still keep my results appointment which she told me yes and that I can call and reschedule the ultrasound so I didn't understand why the refusal for my results at the time of my results appointment. As per the unprofessional office manager they couldn't give me my results from labs done a month ago until I can do the ultrasound which made no sense to me cause I wouldn't have gotten the ultrasound results the same day so why hold my month ago lab results. Telling me only results that I clearly could read but refusing to read me the rest of my results that had numbers I needed a medical dr to interpret to me. I just felt like a big joke to them and they had no compassion. They are all about money rather than patient care. This is my personal experience with this office so I don't care about all those reviews praising them, but I see others have experienced some kind of cruel encounter.

Doctor Walkington is by far one of the best obgyns I have ever been to and so happy I made the choice to go with Women’s healthcare of Kendall for my second pregnancy! They make you feel at home and or super family oriented so it’s never a problem when I have my one year old with me! They even try to help keep my son entertained. Love this office!

This place made me realize how important it is to have a provider/midwives who actually care. I’ve had two babies outside of this practice and I’m so sad I didn’t come sooner. Their birthing center is beautiful and they really take the time to explain all of your options as a mom. Dominique and Pauline are exceptional.

As a new patient at Women’s Healthcare of Kendall, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt the warmth and positivity of the entire team. The staff is incredibly sweet and dedicated to making every visit as relaxing and stress-free as possible. The little touches, like a sticker after my appointment, make all the difference! The facility itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the care I receive is absolutely worth the 40-minute drive. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I’ve been a patient at Women’s Healthcare of Kendall since 1996 with my second pregnancy, and kept on going to the present every year for my GYN follow ups. I’ve always been treated great. The staff are all really nice, and always make you feel welcome. Doctors are very professional and attentive to patients needs. I highly recommend them..
