This is hands down one of the worst places you can go to if you’re seeking care. I came in for some issues, the first visit the doctor kept trying to push towards specific answers, clearly not listening. I listed my primary concerns and he said okay we can send you a questionnaire via email and go from there. I waited a week… no follow up… waited some more and finally called, “The forms will be emailed soon.” Another day, no forms. Called again, finally ended up receiving them. I filled them out immediately and sent them back same day. AGAIN a few days pass by, I call the front desk lady (who only answers in Spanish) says the doctor will reach out to me by five. Of course five comes and nothing. Next day doctor calls apologizing because he forgot but also hasn’t gotten a chance to look over the forms since it’s been “so busy”… 🤨 HUH So he didn’t even call to give me the next steps, but to provide excuses and pretty much saying he’ll need more time 🥱 needless to say (but I’ll say it) this went on for some time. Then it was that the doctor needed to give the forms to their boss so they can go over it. This place makes it IMPOSSIBLE to get help. You deal with patients that avoid seeking help, and when they do, this back and forth just makes them lose hope again. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Ultimately, I called and told them to discharge me.

Difficult to schedule an appointment, online consultations only , one doctor was available in person but only one day of the week between 10 am -4-m .
