There were communication hiccups but Centeno called me and we spoke about my son being sick. She is knowledgeable and knew what to send to help. I was awaiting insurance approval so I needed someone to prescribe my son some antibiotics for his ear ache from a sinus cold he was going through. Medication wasn’t sent over to pharmacy right away but once I reached out to Centeno again she had someone call me and they were able to get both medications over to pharmacy. I would use this service again it was convenient and I just think maybe I requested service on an off day when things weren’t going right.

Centeno Health is amazing! Always so attentive and efficient. Whenever I need something I never hesitate to contact them. The one on one care and attention that you get cannot be compared to any ER/Urgent Care visit.
