The office staff is super friendly and helpful. They really make you feel welcome. Dr. Sack is wonderful! She asked questions to get the best information for my needs. Called this office several times to schedule an appointment and was told by the receptionist the person who makes appointments were out of office. Then took my information. Someone emailed (Simon Frank) me new patient forms to complete yet I spoke to no one about an appointment. I emailed back in regards to an appointment. Her unprofessional response was “No! No one is going to call you to schedule until forms are complete”.
I don’t conduct business like this. It’s hard finding a good primary. I will continue my search.
