I really love this place. My kids have been at this practice for over 10 years and so have I. Dr. Davis is amazing and so is Dr. Watnick. I have zero complaints. They had a few issues in the past but management really turned things around. I highly recommend. Use the portal!!! Best way to communicate about meds and appointments..

I never get to talk to my psychiatrist, they just send someone else and the appointment is always a rush. They simply don’t listen, just up your medication and move you along. Last time I actually spoke to my psychiatrist was May.

Appointment times are a suggestion to the doctors. They never call on time, not even 15-30min, but like HOURS after. If they call you at all. They schedule followups without asking you for your availability, and when you call the main office, they say "that's the doctors" like it's ok that the doctors call whenever they feel like it?

I don’t know how they’re still allowed to operate. Stuff gets mixed up, lost, late appointments (don’t even get me started on that). I’ve been trying to fix an issue since October, 7 months later. Doctor was not responsive to pharmacy’s requests and contact attempts. Now they’ve lost my pre-visit information for my opponent that was supposed to be 20 minutes ago. The place is such a disaster. Please don’t waste your time or co-pay. Go to a medical group with a better reputation and providers that are responsive to your needs. Learn from my mistake.

I have been receiving psychiatric care with this facility for a few years. The only positive thing is that over time I did find the right medications to manage my MDD without side effects or withdrawals but the negatives outweigh the positives.

They are impossible to get a hold of without jumping through hoops. Every time, you are contacting a larger organization just to get in contact with this facility.

If you have a set scheduled telehealth appointment, they will call you 30-40 minutes past your appointment time. The scheduled time seems like a suggestion to them. I found myself having to fully take an hour or two off work to be prepared to receive their call, which only lasts a few minutes. My work place is lenient. Not everyone has that privilege.

I was lucky enough to find medications that don't have serious side effects or withdrawals if I don't take them consistently. If that were not the case, I cannot imagine how stressful and dangerous it would be to try to deal with receiving care from this facility. I have been off my antidepressants for a few months now because I am tired of the effort it takes just to make an appointment. I just refilled my subscription with another provider and the process took less than a day.

Psychiatric care should be easy and accessible. People are already going through enough stressors in their life. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone dealing with mental health issues. You deserve better.

Had a virtual appointment with a doctor, they never showed up and then still charged me for the time. Scam.

I was referred to them by my daughter's pediatrician and once I saw all the negative reviews I was skeptical and thought "they can't be that bad". I wouldn't even know because I have yet to hear back from them to even attempt to schedule an appt fro my daughter.
I called a few days ago, I was on hold for 35 mins to end up doing the callback feature, someone did call me back about 20-30 mins later. They asked a bunch of questions, took down all my info and was told that either this person or that person would call me back to schedule. No one has called, emailed, text, nada. You would think that them being a facility that deals with mental health they would be a bit more on top of their game and at least call back to schedule a future appt, seeing that people who need help and are reaching out for it are trying to get in there to speak to someone.
Needless to say I ended up finding someone else, who like majority of other offices, schedules you while you're on the phone with them. I can't speak for the Doctors, treatments, facility, any of that, because I didn't even get the chance to go in. I'm actually happy that I never got called back because just based on the initial experience, looks like nothing good would've come out of there.

For months now they will call to schedule my telehealth appointments but then nobody calls me. I haven’t had a refill on my medication in almost 6 months. They’re not just unprofessional, they are dangerously negligent with people’s health.
