The referral office is the worst I've ever experienced. My mother had to wait every single time for a more than 2 hours phone call in order to get the referral. Don't waste your time in this Clinic!

Changed my mother's private practice PCP for Cano Health in West Kendall, feeling I should give them a try. After talking with the customer service rep, what we heard we liked. After 5 months I can say we made a good choice. Staff is very caring and helpful. Doctor Herrera Garcia is my mother's PCP and he is a great professional and human being. But what I mostly appreciate is the care everybody shows for the elderly. My mother has everything in one place, doctor, physical therapy for her legs, xrays, bloodwork, pharmacy. And, everything works great! She can also use facilities from other providers, but mainly she sticks with Cano Health, just because the way they treat her. I have read other reviews and cannot understand how opposite the experiences are. We are greatly thankful for the care my mother receives.

Let me tell you guys about this terrible clinic. It is by far the worst clinic i have ever been a patient of. I am not an elderly person, perhaps elderlys do not leave reviews and most dont speak english, i know i am a patient there. This clinic first of all has an answering service so theres no way to speak to anyone at the clinic, any concern you may have the answering service relates a message to the clinic supposedly they call you back. Well after three attempts and two months later I still yet to speak to anyone. I was told best is to go personally. But why should i have to go in person? Thats outrageous! The reason I needed to talk to them is two referals that were issued two months ago still have not been done! end result is im filing a formal complaint with corporate headquarters, my insurance, and the health dept. In hopes this minimizes the amount of people that have to go through this. Also change to a different clinic, more ethical, and professional. Clearly this clinic is not one you should enroll in. My experience is by far the worst i ever experienced in my life!

I would not recommended this facility to my worst enemy.Their office staff is rude and unprofessional, also their customer service phone number is inefficient, prepare to be on hold for hours. The doctor's bedside manner is good; however, the office staff's customer service skills are nonexistent. Think twice before enrolling your love one in this clinic.

If anyone is listening at Cano Health could you please tell your drivers not to honk their horns. They beep their horns in a townhome area where bedrooms are in the front to the house and 5 houses down they are beeping their horns before they get to the house of a pick up. Only in Cuba does this happen not in America! Come on get with the program.

I picked up the Dr orders and referals. The assistands were very helpful and nice. We all makes mistakes but most of the time people want to do their work. They demonstrate profesionalism and kindness. They work very hard and have many patients.

Going on 1 week and they still haven’t sent my prescription to the pharmacy. I called and they said the doctor hasn’t worked on it. 7 days without my medication. After speaking to Amber, Gabriella, Jonathan, Brian, George, and Catherine, and hearing the same thing I asked for a supervisor in which Catherine told me, “Mercedes”, couldn’t do anything for me and didn’t have the courtesy to talk to me. Catherine said the same thing that they would work on it. This is medical negligence. I have been in pain since. Thank you Cano Health!

I am grateful for the service given to my mom after the Jackson discharge Hospital. Elizabeth quickly removed the stitches from my mom head, the MA was very attentive and professional, the Doctor Liudmila also very professional and they answered all my questions, thanks Cano Kendall.
