This is an incredible Psychiatric Office. They have a wonderful team and incredible providers that truly care for patients. I promise you will not find a better and more caring set of individuals looking to improve you or your loved ones needs. They also take your privacy very seriously so in regards to that review its clear that individual did not understand that providing information over the phone can be more dangerous than sending an email to a secure address.

Not helpful at all. I tried to make an appointment, and the receptionist wouldn't allow me to share my birthday over the phone even though I didn't feel comfortable sending in an email. She required me to text it to her even as I was willing to email my insurance information. If they're inflexible about this, do I really want to see what else they'll be inflexible about in the future?
