I always go to this urgent care with my kids and today I went at night and I want to give a special thank you to nurse Wendy. She brought us in and she was able to take care of my daughter. She provided us with such amazing care and was very attentive to my daughter’s needs. Although the urgent care was full she met all of our expectations once again. Overall, I want to say thank you to everyone. My all time favorite urgent care and I always recommend it.

Been coming to this location for a long time… it’s unbelievable to see that something so simple as having a TV with good signal to entertain the kids while visiting this location gets so overlooked for so long…

I’m pretty sure that no one HERE has a TV working in that condition at their house.

What is the Management Team & the maintenance Personnel doing about this?

It’s not that this is out of sight out of mind… it’s obviously in plain sight for years and no one does anything about it.

ZERO communication between employees, poor staffing in general, disability doors do not work.

Front desk doesn't know anything about schedule. All she does is charge you and goof around.

We get charged right away as usual and then wait the whole appointment time sitting in the waiting room and THEN that's when front desk decideds to call a manager.

Manager comes out and states there was a scheduling conflict and our appt should have been canceled but wasnt. the best she could do is not charge us for our next visit. That's the bear minimum and does not at all make up for wasting our time.

Ontop of that, security at this site is a joke. Staring at their phones when they are present or gone on some other floor talking to coworkers.

The disability switch outside for the main entry doors do not work which for a medical facility is tottaly unacceptable and ridiculous. Been that way for 2 months now.

The positive is the speech therapist is always good and goes above and beyond going over time with the kids but at the same time she should have made sure to cancel the appointment.

Will update if anything changes.

We came to this place with an appointment for an MRI for a baby and we experienced the worse service ever. Our appointment was scheduled for 8:30am and we had to wait for more than 3 hours to finally access the prep room. Imagine our frustration with a baby without eating or drinking anything for more than 5 hours. For the management of this center, if you don’t have the ability to offer a quality service you should shut down or maybe schedule less patients. I have no words to express our frustration as parents and the feeling of not being able to comfort our baby. Shame of Nicklaus children’s hospital.

I called the number for the West Kendall Outpatient center and was redirected to a service center. The first customer service rep hung up on me, the second one cut me off as I was giving her the information and transferred me to the operator. I tried to complain to the operator but she would not let me speak and told me it was not her area and I told her that I wanted to explain but she would not let me and sent me to the recording. I called again and asked to speak to the manager, I was told she was in a meeting and would call me back. I am STILL WAITING. Apparently, she and her staff are the same wavelength, UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE is how we run our business. On the plus side eventually Aliani helped me. She was a joy and my advice to her is run don't walk to get out of that horrid department.

My daughter had an appointment with the dermatologist, she prescribed a medication that is not covered by my insurance, its been 2 weeks with numerous calls and email trying to get the doctor to send a new prescription, no one return my calls or emails, and my child needs this medication. Now am lost as what to do, because I can't get hold of the doctor. This is my worst experience, I will not bring my child here again.

The service was great and they saw us quickly. Very grateful for nurse Lumari who helped us that day. She explained the treatment needed and made us feel at ease.

I have to say that i read all the reviews at this facility and was quite skeptical about bringing my granddaughter. I took the chance and went, there were several children in front of my granddaughter. The time waiting was very reasonable, we did not have to wait once we were in the rooms as long as they have been commented in these reviews. The experience was very delightful and most importantly my granddaughter is going to be OK. Dr. Nunez attended us with Grace and showed much compassion towards my granddaughter. He prescribed what was needed and we were out of the facility in less than two hours.
I made sure to write this review because I do believe that they do make a difference. I did take my chances and the truth is it was quite impressive. Thank you very much for the excellent service provided.
