I’m very much satisfied with this medical center. Starting with the front desk/administrative staff Kamila who provides excellent customer service, always with a nice smile and attitude. Following with Medical Assistant Mileny Estévez going above and beyond of her duties and last but not least, Dr. Juana Martí Montero, who is not only knowledgeable and caring but takes the time to listen to patients questions and medical concerns. Her “bedside manners” are outstanding! I highly recommend Penate Medical Center Kendall.

This is a very special center for Medicare patients. The entire staff is very professional. All the doctors very concerned with the health care of their patients. All services are very effective (transportation, homevisist, daycare, Access). My mom, my grandmother, and two uncles receive services there. I recommend them 100%. !!

Peñate Medical Center focuses on the well being of their patients and enjoying their time. Medical assistants are attentive and are always making sure that the patients are well attended. Peñate medical center makes sure that the family members feel comfortable leaving their significant others there and that they are having fun while at the daycare. The doctors are up to part and they have great knowledge in what they are doing. Patients can go and enjoy there time and not just focus on the medical issues that they may be experiencing. You can see that it is a united medical team because everyone is playing their role to make sure the patients feel their best. I strongly recommend them I was pleased with their service towards my loved one.

This medical center offers transportation services but for the last two months my mother has been requesting transportation. The vehicles don't come for her. They tell her to be ready at 6:30am and it's 9:42am and no ride. This happens three times a week for the two months? You can't trust them. Over weekend mother almost died because they gave her medicine for blood glucose and did not order a testing meter. The medicine tank her glucose level to a coma state. Watch your love ones because Penate don't care He just interested in building more offices billing Medicare/Medicaid. My only other theory... I don't Want SAY! I hope it's not because of her pigmentation or language. Very unethical! Medical providers shouldn't say you will do something and don't deliver repeatly for months. Prior to the last few month they operated much better before. If I could give a “no star” rating I would. Praying they get there act together.

Unfortunately, both my parents who are very elderly are members here. I have recently experienced the worst patient care here; doctors have zero bedside manners, don't follow through with appointments, never return phone calls; same with the staff; to get a referral here is just about impossible, my dad (who is bedridden) needed a referral for therapy, which they needed to update with the name of the therapist, did not follow through, waited for over two weeks for the update which never came through (still waiting); it is my impression that very elderly patients, such as my parents, are not worth their time and effort... suffice it say that one star review is one star too many...
