The administrator needs to contact us when we leave her messages. They always say that she is in a meeting and she says that she will call back and she never calls back. But when I go to the clinic she is always walking around. Not really good for someone that has been there such a short time. I had the same issue at the last Clinic. Seems like Cuban owned clinics and their staff aren't trained properly. Seems like that's the only choices we have here in Miami. And they definitely need more English-speaking people working there. The drivers can also be rude at times. And the prescriptions need to be dealt with by the Doctor and the pharmacy. We as patients shouldn't have to be responsible for reminding them about our medicines. That can be negligent on their behalf.

Took my grandma here for an appointment, the place is very clean and the staff is super friendly and professional. The clinic administrator, Mrs. Lagoa did a great job in answering any questions and concerns we had and making her feel at home. Will definitely come back.

My parents have been coming here since last year and they absolutely love it. The attention here is unmatched from all the staff and doctors, especially in the dental office. The dentist and the dental hygienist go above and beyond to make sure the patients are taken care of. The facilities are also very clean and taken care of.

This review is for the dentist Dr. Ñate as he took care of my mom, and he went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable during her visits to clínica Las Mercedes, his patience and dedication were beyond words can describe as there are few dentist that can fall into his immaculate description and amazing bed side manners. Keep up the awesome job doctor my mom Brunilda was very pleased and this is all she has been talking about. Thank you very much for making my mom happy.
