Very friendly, caring and helpful from the second you walk in downstairs to having vitals checked by a very caring and knowledgeable young man. Dr, Ducarvalho also very kind , knowledgeable and shows great interest in how I'm feeling and asks plenty of questions. Dr and the staff at West Kendall are top notch and I hope they're well compensated because they actually care about their patients.

I haven't had a lot of experience with Community Health other that with their Behavioral Health Department. I have been seeing Marcello De Carvalho, APRN for my Bipolar depression for several years now in their West Kendall facility. He is very positive and supportive. He has worked with me to adjust my medications as necessary and has lent an ear when needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their mental health.

Dr. Katz is super sweet and very thorough in her work. I doubt that there is a better pediatrician in Miami! Her staff is excellent as well: professional, efficient and quick. Dr. Katz is the best pediatric doctor in Kendall.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the disorganization at HCI. My wife and I scheduled an appointment for our annual physicals together, but instead of taking us both at the same time, they took her in after 30 minutes, leaving me waiting. The entire process was unorganized and showed a complete disregard for our time, with a total wait time of over 2 hours.

In addition to the poor scheduling, I contacted Dr. Abida Hussain on October 6, followed by a second message on October 8, and a third message on October 10, regarding several important health concerns. Despite my efforts to reach out, I received no direct communication from Dr. Abida Hussain. The only contact I received was from someone at HCI who was primarily communicating with my wife regarding her care. This person helped me arrange an appointment with another doctor, but even after that appointment, I still have unresolved health concerns.

In standard medical practice, patients' concerns should be addressed with timely communication and clear guidance, especially when it involves important health matters. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and communication from Dr. Abida Hussain and the team at HCI has left me feeling frustrated and concerned for my care.

I hope HCI and Dr. Abida Hussain improve the way they handle patient communication and time management, as my experience was far from what I would expect from a healthcare provider.

The staff are really friendly and attentive even the security and valet persons. Love Dr. Katz she is very nice and makes the whole experience pleasant for the kids.

Horrible place. It took me 2 hours to see the nurse practitioner for the annual check up. Additional, I had to pay $50 to see her even with insurance which supposedly cover the visit for annual exam.

I’ve been going to CHI dental services for a few years now and they’ve never disappointed me. Dr. Angella Chin-Thompson and her assistants are always very attentive and have done a great job on my teeth.
