Thankfully, I don’t frequently visit hospitals, but my experience with the staff and the facility left me with a very high impression of your commitment to patient care. Although the hospital is a 30-minute drive from my home, I initially chose it based on the availability of an appointment that suited my schedule. However, after my experience, I would choose this facility again—even if a closer option were available.

The staff was exceptionally caring. Although I experienced no wait time, they made sure to courteously explain any perceived delays in processing my paperwork, my procedure, or any other aspect of my visit. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out.

I am beyond extremely satisfied. Great job!

I arrived at the registration desk and gave my drivers license and insurance card. After hours of waiting, I wasn’t called and afterwards a lady came and mentioned my name. Then she noticed that I didn’t have a bracelet on. She started looking behind the counter, going behind a door into another area and finally she came in with a bracelet. Then she asked for my ID, which was previously given to the person behind the desk that originally requested it. I informed them that I did not have it that that person behind the desk had it and had not returned it. They virtually treated me as if I had Alzheimer’s to look at all my pockets. I responded that I had a brace on and could not access any of my pants pockets and only a single pocket in my shirt. Nevertheless, they still insisted four or five times that I should check my pockets or if I had given it to my wife, which corroborated my statements. Finally, after delays I was whisked into the procedure. The gentleman that I had received, my ID had left and denied having any of my ID cards or remembering anything about my cards. Staff looked everywhere for my cards and could not find it. A very nice supervisor called Luis offered to keep looking. Next day, I received a call stating that an apparent employee with Little regard for his duties had given not only my two cards to a different person with the same first name, but two more plus the wrong bracelet Oh ho, she had no memory of. In addition he had To not checked The sign in person against the bracelet issue so for that reason, I was kept waiting for hours before being ushered in by a more attentive person. The next day, the very attentive and courteous person Luis found out that my ID was given to a different person with the same first name and that person had called it in, so Luis was gentle enough and courteous enough to bring it directly to my home and save me a lot of grief from replacing The drivers license and the insurance car. Needless to say, it was a very very bad experience from a person which apparently cares very little about his job or what the procedures at the initial registration should be and walk home and forgets about everything.

I had a great experience at Baptist in West Kendall! The staff was incredibly helpful and professional, making the entire process smooth and efficient. Everything was handled promptly, and I received my test results much quicker than expected. Highly recommend their services! A huge plus was that February is ‘American Heart Month’ so my screaning was discounted to $49- Can’t beat that for peace of mind.

The surgical team led by Dr. Yaknic was incredibly skilled and experienced, and I felt completely confident in their abilities. The surgery itself was a success, and my recovery has been smooth and uneventful.
The nursing staff was exceptional. They were attentive, caring, and always willing to answer my questions. They ensured my comfort and provided excellent post-operative care.
The hospital facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained. I was impressed by the level of comfort and convenience provided to patients.

Ok so today I had knee surgery. WOW ! Talk about roll out the red carpet, From the minute that I walked in to the hospital greeted from the front desk, then going to registration, then being called into the room. Everyone that came into my room were so nice and professional explaining who they are and what they do and what they were here to do to help me. Then, as I got rolled out to the surgery room on the bed, there was nurses standing in the hall, greeting me this Hospital and staff were just amazing today. And as per Dr. Yagnik I would never trade him in the world he is truly God sent he is an amazing Doctor!

I did the pre-registration per your email request. Showed up 30 minutes prior per your request. I had to go up to the receptionist and state that I would be leaving in five minutes because it was 8:20 AM. I would’ve appreciated some type of information why my appointment was delayed.
