When I moved here a couple of years ago it was great and easy to deal with. Over the last year everytime I go there there is a different doctor assigned to me because the previous one left. Called today trying to get my prescriptions sorted out only to find I am apparently no longer a patient because my insurance is no longer accepted. No calls, no notification. Place is a joke

I’ve been a patient at Dr. Liporace’s for over 20 years. It’s incredibly sad to see what this company has done to his practice. Just read the other reviews to get a sense of what it’s become. It’s insane that the corporate office of MyCare Medical is allowing rude and incompetent staff to flush what must have been a multimillion dollar investment. The practitioners here are good. BUT communicating with this office is near impossible. Look at the screenshots and you’ll see what I mean. I waited on hold for 30 minutes to reschedule an appointment that they called me about. Once, my wife drove from our house 25 minutes away while on hold the entire time only to see two girls sitting at the front desk talking to each other. And don’t even think about trying to get a prescription refilled or reschedule online. The patient portal has no options to choose for “facility”, which is a required field and submitting a refill request online does nothing. You have to hound them for days and deal with crazy wait times every single time. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

I would like to say some outstanding words about the medical group of South Florida. First Suzanne the office manager is outstanding she's gone above and beyond to help me this past year for my health condition and she's done an excellent job in coordinating my appointments for me a big shout out to her. Her front office staff does an excellent job they greet you with a smile and a positive attitude when checking in and also when checking out. If you're looking for excellent doctors they have a variety of doctors that can help you with several different health concerns that you may be having and I highly recommend this place. Thanks a million Suzanne your the best.

I have always been very happy with the staff at this practice. They are all very sweet , even the front desk people are really nice. The wait time goes quickly as well.

I see my gastro doctor here and they cancelled my colonoscopy out of no where and rescheduled.

I also have been waiting for two months for primary care with kaitlin canova. TWO MONTHS with an appointment. They called a week before it to cancel an appointment and said they aren’t taking new patients anymore.

I have a chronic inflammatory disease and I’m honestly disgusted in the time they’ve wasted. Do not waste your time on this office.

I called the office of the village location on 1/24/25 around 3:20pm only to be disrespected by a young who never made herself known. I been calling that office for 3days prior to the 24th in regards to trying to have my medication refilled only to be put on hold and left on hold for 3 days straight. When I finally got throu on the 4 day I was a little frustrated and I did let the young lady know about the calls and my frustration. She had no understanding or consideration to the situation instead she gave me straight attitude in regards to my questions, and hung up in my face when I tried to ask about a referral and get her name. I called back 6 times only to be put on hold and left on hold. I know they have caller id. I been attending that office for over 4 yrs and never been disrespected in that way. It saddens me to say I won’t be attending that office from this day forward. And I will add she had to be new cuz it was a voice I didn’t recognize, and faces I didn’t know when I did visited the office prior to my calls. At this point I’m pretty sure cooperate don’t care cuz the village office has a new staff with bad attitudes.

Lot of things have changed at the medical group of south Florida since I come here as a patient (2020), I had Dr. Bueno and Dr. Suarez. Now I’m seeing Amy Berry APRN, she’s a gem. Please whoever is charge of this facility. Keep her where she’s at for a lifetime 😀, she’ll melt your problems away. Take my words!

I'd leave a 0/5 stars if possible. I waited 3 months for a new patient appointment for a bad issue and they cancelled it on me the week beforehand (today). The woman couldn't even remember who she was talking to when she called to say they weren't seeing "patients like me" anymore - how lovely! AVOID !
