Water leaking from ceiling into a tin bucket onto a thin carpet floor, walls are dirty, actual doctor rarely present (I never saw him once), some of the young medical assistants seem like they haven't had enough training, PA's who complete forms in a cursory manor-- leaving many important spots blank and creating extra work once you realize later that they were left blank. They have posters for selling some kind of weird diet shake to lose weight. The people are nice enough to help fix any mistake that arises and in all, they did get the job done.
