Extremely attentive to patients the moment you enter the front door of the facility.
Within minutes I was taken to an examination room with a nurse.
With minutes later the doctor came in, assessed my situation after reviewing my vitals which the nurse did.
And within minutes the assistant responsible for injecting 2 shots into my body.. lastly I was checked on 3 times by the doctor to make sure I was alright.

I must say, they are remarkable... beyond and above in service, attention to detail, and response to my urgently needed care...

This is my second time here at this urgent care facility. As I walked in, I was greeted by Theresa at the front desk. She provided excellent customer service skills. Very kind and very helpful she made the check in process very painless. Also with not having insurance she still treated me like a valued customer. The overall experience is always amazing there. Getting customer seen and taken care of with a caring smile.

This has to be the best experience I’ve ever had. All the girls are wonderful, but I wanna give a special thanks to Laura my nurse practitioner and Tia the MA . Both of you girls were so great. You made me feel so comfortable and took great care of me. Thank you so much. I won’t be visiting another urgent care ever if it’s possible.

This marks my second visit to this urgent care facility. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Teresa at the front desk. She provided exceptional assistance, displayed courtesy, and maintained a high level of professionalism. The check-in process was smooth, especially considering I did not have insurance; Teresa made it effortless for me. I was attended to by Dr. Bee, who treated me with the same level of care as a regular patient. I only wish that she could be my primary care physician. The urgent care facility deserves the highest rating. It is impeccably clean and operates with utmost professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Arrived 30 minutes after opening for a stye in one eye. They are quick to register you and get their money. They put me in a room, it has been one hour waiting in this room…..Saw people who came after me leaving. Next time I won’t come to this location.

For the first time, I had a negative experience at the doctor’s office. Although I was quickly checked into the back office, I waited almost an hour for the doctor to arrive. While waiting, I overheard her complaining about not having eaten or had her “morning coffee.” She then quizzed the nurse about my condition before entering the room. She asked, “What’s wrong with his hand? Is there any type of trauma? If not, why did you do an x-ray?” After hearing this, I knew I wouldn’t get much time from her.

When the doctor finally entered the room, she examined my hand for five minutes and told me that “she” would take a look and let me know. I was confused because I thought she was the doctor herself. After another 15 minutes, she returned and informed me that they had found nothing, despite my ongoing pain. I hope that in the future, the doctor will be more mindful of the thin walls and refrain from discussing her own fatigue, lack of food, or “morning coffee” in front of patients.

Super facility with professional and personal care by all. Dr super thorough explaining diagnosis and treatment. The wait time was long as nurse had explained but I had allowed hours before arriving. Will recommend to others and return if needed in the future.

I had a very satisfactory experience. Needed evaluation and treatment for acute symptoms that were worsening over the weekend. Web page indicated only 2 patients waiting and was only one ahead of me when I arrived on a Sunday afternoon. Front desk reception check in was very pleasant. Large clean waiting area with nature videos on screens. Exam room was large and clean as well. Nurse practitioner Miner was friendly with professional demeanor and was a good listener. She explained medication rationale, possible side effects and the expected time course for response of symptoms to the medication, one I had not been on before. I had copies on my phone of my recent normal screening labs so she did not order unnecessary blood tests. She checked for any drug interactions with my chronic meds and made sure no dosage adjustment was needed because of mild kidney issues I have chronically. I was on my way to pharmacy less than an hour from check in and the ordered medication was waiting for me. This office was ideal for the problem I had.
