This hospital is phenomenal. Every person I've met working here feels like they genuinely have a passion for giving veterans the care they deserve.

I'd like to specifically shout out the dental clinic, which is a top-notch facility with the friendliest people I've ever met.

I love this place so much I drive 50 minutes from Broward instead of visiting any of the closer options. Highly recommend coming here for any and all appointments!

Therefore, I want to set that aside that situation and recognized the outstanding services my father received at VA Medical Center, West Palm Beach, hospice building. The medical staff at hospice were outstanding & professional. I lost my father Feb 9, 2025, but the services he got from the medical staff in hospice was right on point. I definitely want to recognized the outstanding treatment they provided my father. Continue with the good job!

I went in for extreme stomach pain and Dr. Sainvil ran every test to try to figure out what it was. She has incredible bedside manner and never made you feel rushed. She explained every possibility and took the time to help me understand what each test was for. I can tell she genuinely wants to figure out what the issue is. If I ever come back to the ER I will always ask if she’s available.

I recently had the pleasure of undergoing a sleep apnea study under the care of Vlad. I've had sleep studies done outside the VA before and never have I experienced the level of care, professionalism, courteousness, and respect that Vlad displayed towards me. He even was kind enough to make me laugh because I was uncomfortable not sleeping at home. I would highly recommend the services of Vlad at the Sleep Study Section at the West Palm Beach VA!!!!!

I dislike the Care, the nurses and doctors give to their veterans. My father who was altered at the time who stayed on 6B suffered a fall in the middle of the night and ended up having a hematoma in his head , it took the nurses a day to collect urine from an altered patient just to see if he had an infection in his urine .

Dr Afaq Khan lied about me and accused me of being a KLU KLUX KLAN member. He also said that I made gestures towards him though he has no evidence. Further more I have had to file two police reports as he has attempted to hit me with his car on three separate occasions, that I have on video. Considering his standing in the community, and his hypocratic oath this is an atrocity that needs to be acknowledged and a behavior that needs to be corrected!
