I'm new to this practice and Samantha Elsbree came highly recommended by friends! After 2 minutes in the office, I can see why! The ladies at the front desk were really sweet, and I immediately felt welcome and comfortable. Samantha was thorough and attentive, asked good questions, and made me feel at home. I never thought I could enjoy a doctors appointment, but the staff was so kind that I left in a better mood than I arrived in. I'm thankful I found Samantha and this practice!

Kate is always a ray of sunshine when we walk in to the office. Samantha Elsbree is my provider and I have never received such personal care in my life like I have with her. I just cant say enough about Melissa! She was so kind and respectful when I showed up on the wrong day for my appointment. I was so embarrassed and she told me she does the same thing often. I have been seeing the staff and docs at JIMA for many years. They are always so helpful and courteous whether it’s scheduling my appointments, fitting me in last minute, seeing the NPs or seeing the docs. Dr. Boss is amazing as well as Lia and Samantha. They always make it comfortable and search for solutions.

Super impressed. My initial visit last year was average but my yearly this year was changed to Samantha Elsbree as my prior doctor left the practice. I spent no time in the waiting room; the nurse took me back while I was still standing at the check in desk. She asked all of her questions and got my vitals in less than five minutes. What seemed like two minutes later, Samantha was in the office going over all of the information with me. She seemed to care about everything I had to say, actually read the information in front of her, and asked specific and targeted questions. She didn't rush me but clearly cared about being organized and efficient. The entire process was great! Let's just make sure its the same way next year!
