I have been seeing Dr Ken Winnard since they’re opening in 2021 and the changes in my weight, fitness, endurance, and well being has changed my life.
When I started with Dr Ken, I weighed 238 pounds and after one year he guided me on a regiment to be able to bring my weight down to 182 pounds. During this time he decreased my body fat to 18%. I now go to the gym and be able to do two hour workouts five days a week and continue to work on Decreasing my body, fat and Increasing my strength and Endurance that I was never able to do before.
Dr Ken specializes in preventative diseases that face all of us! The semiannual blood panel that One Life Health & Performance implements to their patients provides a guideline to promote success to his patients.

Upon turning 40 It was time for a little bit of self care and preventative health. One Life Health and Performance is everything I was looking for and Dr. Winnard exceeded my expectations In patient care, medical knowledge and his calming bedside manner. I went in for my first touch of Botox and was thrilled with my results. He assured me I would always look natural in his care which was a big concern to me. I felt refreshed and more confident after my apt. We also discussed hormones and IV hydration therapy to help me feel better regarding some of my other health concerns. The IV hydration was wonderful and their high tech massage chairs were really the icing on the cake. I left feeling strong and looking forward to my next IV treatment. His staff is wonderful. They really make an effort to get to know the patients and it is a very personalized experience for the patients at One life! Almost like a family environment. Did I mention the office? It’s absolutely gorgeous! What a wonderful place to receive medical care from Dr. Winnard and cosmetic treatments such a botox, dermal fillers, and skin care services. The office is modern and state of the art. The staff is warm and caring. Dr. Winnard clearly has a passion for preventative health care and for helping his patients look and feel their best. He takes his time with each patient and the entire experience at One life is unlike a typical doctors office experience. I look forward to working with Dr. Winnard and his excellent staff in helping me have the very best 40’s I can have. I trust One Life and Dr. Winnard and highly recommended this practice if you are concerned with your health and improving the way you look and FEEL! I used to see Dr Ken Winnard in Tallahassee at the Hospital. I repeatedly requested an MRI from Dr Ken due to a number of symptoms I’ve been suffering with. He repeatedly denied my request. Last year, I found out I have a brain cyst. Had he ordered an MRI years ago, my situation wouldn’t be so grave today.

WOW!! I had an organic facial with Autumn and it was absolutely AMAZING. She was very thorough with her service, explanations and helping me with a daily skin care routine to work on to combat the fine lines and sun spots. Hands down the best facial I have ever received. Let me start off by saying I’ve been to a lot of different places for facials. Autumn did my facial at OneLife and it was the best facial I’ve ever gotten. I was having some issues with my face and after I saw Autumn my face cleared up within days! She made me feel so comfortable and she was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in detail! The beautiful front desk girls Brooke and Ashley were also so welcoming and friendly. I absolutely love this place, I will continue to go here for all my facial needs 🙂
