It was my son’s first time getting any dental work done . Although my son was nervous Dr Rogriguez and his hygienist put him at ease. The hygienist explained every tool and its purpose in order for my son to be less scared . I’m truly grateful for the care and attention given and I will return to this location in 6 months for his next teeth cleaning.

I went for a dental emergency they told me to come before 7:30 AM which
Is what I was told on the phone. It was people already there. Once they open and let you in people disperse to different areas we get to the dental office. A security officer says only 3 walk ins per day. There was people there since 4:30 AM. So it doesn’t matter what time you arrive rather then what place you have inline. Let me clarify by saying I was understanding of these rules but I stayed to listen. The security guard was less than empathetic by telling them you weren’t here on time. The department should take in consideration that patients that come there are there out of need and pain. Secondly they should have separated lines outside for people to keep it controlled and avoid issues. Also post the amount of people that will be taken that way once the number is met people can leave. Not sit there for hours for no reason.

I came around 2:45 and was seen at almost 5pm when they close. So the wait times are very long, my suggestion would be to come in the mornings. I had insurance but because I wasn’t a patient with them I couldn’t see anyone. If you are looking for good care I wouldn’t suggest going here from the atmosphere I could tell. Theres a lot of people and little staff. The ladies near room F 106 for maternity were very nice though and were still willing to help. Do your research before just driving over. Hopefully this helps you not waste your time.

THIS LOCATION WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH DENTAL OR ANY KIND OF SERIOUS DENTAL ISSUES YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE NORTHEAST HEALTH DEPARTMENT NOBODY KNOWS ABOUT THIS LOCATION AND THEY WONT TELL YOU GOOGLE NORTHEAST HEALTH DEPARTMENT IN RIVIERA BEACH THEY WILL HELP YOU AND NOT BE NASTY LIKE THIS LOCATION

This is the worst place someone can come to get services. The top management really needs to check at some of the employees there. Some of them are doing favors to their friends/families that come more than 30 mins later after you. They will make you wait overtime after they attended their people first before they’ll see you. This is so unfair when you have an appointment and they’re letting you wait.

I am currently going to them, the doctors and nurses don't really know what they are doing, they always mixing your stuff with other people, they take a lot of time to give you services, you be the first one coming and the last one to leave. When you calling online they make you wait for 20 to 30 minutes when theu pick up the phone they hang up. This is the worst experience I ever had.

Waited 4+ hours got all sorts of totally wrong information. “Doctor” told my girlfriend her kitty stunk and ran a BV test I can assure you it don’t stink also said her nipple “looked weird” (they are not weird at all) and then told her she was at high risk for being on an opioid (Zoloft) this doctor thinks Zoloft is an opioid? Not remotely similar. 4+ hours no sonogram not heartbeat just some crumby referrals. Cool place if you want to burn the entire day and get nothing out of it. I’ve seen better public healthcare in sub Saharan Africa. Do better. Also no pre natal vitamins “out of stock” but all the vending machines were well stocked, interesting.
