Best experience i ever had !! No long lines , no long waits , Customer service was phenomenal !! Latoya & Sebastian, super friendly and nice , i can’t remember the front desk person name but he was super nice and friendly too . I would highly recommend anyone to go here , had a bad experience across the street at Concentra but my experience here made my day much better !!! 10/10 , if i ever have to go to a urgent care again I would choose this one

I have been here twice as my office is right across the street and seen the Doctor twice ( I forgot her name) both times she has been so patient, nice and understanding. Explaining everything to me and providing relief. I highly recommend them and it's always in and out no wait.

This is the WORST Urgent care experience ever! Very unprofessional and they fabricate lies and feed patients untrue facts about their policies because they don’t want to serve patients. Go ANYWHERE ELSE except here for your urgent care needs.

After so much experience I have been doing with different kind of doctors office and MD now. I'm feeling happy to give my opinion on Xpress Urgent care. It is a great place to go. They are very care about me and concern about my problems I like to go there specially when I seen by NP Latoya she's great. I prefer to a Express urgent care than going a doctor office . Dr. Marva Carpenter is genuinely the best doctor. What I loved most was that she would intently listen and give you all her attention. Whatever you are going in for, Dr. Marva Carpenter is the most caring and responsive doctor. It's really evident that Dr. Marva Carpenter cares for her patients. She is the BEST doctor. I also love this brand new building they are in. The building is so spacious, clean, and very well kept. I was seen very quickly by the way! I did not wait long at all. The front desk receptionist was so nice, efficient, and happy. It is so lovely to walk in somewhere where they are happy to be there. I also was so happy to have worked with Greg there too which I believe was Dr. Carpenter's nurse. 🙂 Great experience and even greater people.
