I brought my parents to their first visit with Dr. Pankow. Staff are all very nice including his nurse I believe her name is Britney-she's a wonderful person! They took great care of my elderly parents, they are very patient, I don't feel rushed. Dr. Pankow has given them recommendations to improve their health with some specific types of exercises and the right amount of water intake. Dr. Pankow cares and took the time to explain what is going on and answered our questions. I'm glad I selected Dr. Pankow as primary care doctor to my parents. It took almost 2 months before they are seen for their first visit but it's well worth it.

I just chose Dr. Pankow as my primary care doctor and saw him for the first time in Sept. 2023 at the Jupiter location. He had recommendations for me with diet and exercise that I have taken seriously and made improvements in short order. He is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful ability listen to the patient. Sometimes you just get lucky, and only because of location I ended up with a great doctor. The MyCareMedical clinic is also top notch!

Just about the best doctor Ive had in my 58 years. Very attentive, pro active, not quick to prescribe medications. Great personality, friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone.

He is great spent all day on the phone to get a simple refill for shingles. Not a joke but not a dam person in that office called back about it. So started at 9 am now its 530 pm nothing. I sm so disappointed.
