Can’t get this office to do anything!! You have to call them to REMIND them to do their job. Then you have to call them and diagnose yourself!

I've heard that modern medicine has kicked some docs in the wallet and that many have targeted their patients to get even. I don't know if Doc Boss has that attitude but my interaction today could suggest so. After a frustrating experience, I asked his kindly receptionist that the Doc call me back, she wouldn't commit that he would even listen to such a request and excused her part by saying "I only work here..." ... you know the drill. If you need quick or personal attention, beware.... it may be that he specializes in healthy patients.

the majority of my interactions with office of Jupiter Internal Medicine Associates have been underwhelming. I just got hung up on by the practice's receptionist after experiencing difficulty getting a call back about a prescription refill that was submitted a week ago. Previously I've had to make several calls to get a call back about the blood results from my physical. Dr Boss seemed nice enough in the 10 mins i saw him during my physical, but the administration of his practice has me looking for a new primary care physician!

Dr Boss is an excellent internist. He is attentive, thorough and efficient. I find that he is easy to reach when I need him and provides good medical care. And I am a doctor myself so I know the difference.

The Dr. Team have an office on site at an eldercare facility, where they have it fairly cushy.
A report was filed with them regarding bedsores on a 90year old client, on a Thursday; by aids, and child of the elderly.
They were supposed to be there Friday, and then reports and potential Medecaid PT would be done..
BUT...
No one on Friday.
No one on Monday.
No one on Tuesday.
Their answer on the phone Wednesday was "we got a call on Thursday". When asked what and when they plan on responding, the answer remained
"we got a call on Thursday".
When they were asked why they still haven't done anything; the answer was "we got a call on Thursday."

With a threat to report to the fed and state agencies, the 90 year old may get a visit this afternoon.

I am deeply unimpressed.

An arrogant weasel of a man. He will talk down to and condensed you the entire time you are there. His greatly likes in common nicety and social graces which lead to a lack of information given to and received from the doctor resulting in poor diagnosis.
