Very impressed with this clinic. My baby (1 month old) was very very sick and I wanted to avoid conventional treatment, but was open and asking for oral antibiotics. Unfortunately she was so sick it was out of their scope and they recommended we take her to the ER for evaluation and likely for admission and iv antibiotics. They agreed that as sick as she was, fever of 103, she looked really healthy and alert. I didn’t feel ready for the modern medicine fight. I knew they would force things like iv antibiotics and a spinal tap.

We decided to go home and continue home treatments, homeopathy and herbs.

The nurse called to check on us the next day and could tell she was very very worried that we hadn’t gone to the ER. She very gently and kindly reminded me of the very serious risk of sepsis in a newborn. She did not attempt to fear monger me like other clinics would have.

The thing that impressed me the most is that any other clinic would have called cps on us. I went against their recommendation and other clinics would not have tolerated this in a newborn.

My daughter fought the infection on her own with my support and is a happy thriving 3 month old.

I am so happy our community has a clinic that listens to families and does not use 3 letter agencies to force the treatment they think is best.

Dr. Duke and the staff are the best, my numerous experiences with them has been nothing but positive. They put you at ease because I believe they are genuinely concerned about your well being. They take the time to actually discuss your health issues and give a solid solution without prescribing a bunch of unnecessary medications. If you want to get away from drive through doctors, this is worth your time to consider.

Highly recommend. One of the best Doctors offices ever. They listen to you and there prices for people without insurance are the most affordable that I have found. Also you can walk in on Tuesday and Thursday without an appointment and do labs which are are also extremely affordable. You can get a whole work up for less then what a nice dinner would cost you. Be sure to get in and check them out.

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic! I have never experienced better care! They are thorough, they actually care, they will collaborate with you (rather than talking down to you), they spend enough time with you to get a good clinical picture and to get to know you so they can give you the best care as a whole person. They have been so good with my children and helping them feel comfortable. When another clinic in town neglected proper treatment that lead me to septic shock, I was able to come here and get wonderful care! Every provider we have worked with has been amazing! I also sent a friend here. After 9 visits to the ER that resulted in no answers for her issues, one of the doctors here was able to spend enough time to offer a proper diagnosis. Other friends I have sent here also agree that it is the best! I am so thankful to have a safe haven in heart of hope! I can’t wait to see how this clinic continues to grow and change our region!

The best Dr office in Northern Idaho, or anywhere really. Unlike other offices, the staff loves working here and it shows....they are not being dragged down by inefficient rules for one, but also, they are a kind, Christian organization that truly cares about their patients. I chose the membership and it is a great deal. You get a lot for your monthly payment! They can do blood work and xrays in this office as well. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love Heart of Hope Health!
They provide excellent care at a very reasonable cost. Our costs are less than they were with our high deductible employer insurance plan. I haven’t met a provider there that I wasn’t impressed with. They even have an urgent care. I fully trust Heart of Hope Health with my family’s health care needs.

I have been a member since they opened. I was looking for an alternative to the regular healthcare/pharma establishments out there. I was also looking for a place where I could have a proper conversation with my healthcare professional as opposed to a very short conversation because some establishments will budget you a few minutes. Last but not least is their mission statement. Anyways, I was very happy to find out that my needs were met at Heart of Hope. I have been there a few times and have had proper conversations with my health practitioner that was in-depth and not rushed. Everyone was friendly, godly, the environment was relaxing and family friendly. I can’t recommend this place enough. I look forward to seeing them grow!
