I am a patient there for Rheumatology and everyone was so friendly and made me feel like they cared about me as a person and not just about a paycheck. And because they care about me as a person, I receive excellent medical care as well. That’s exactly the kind of thing I look for in a doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Dinning and his staff to anyone who might need them.

Not my personal experience, but leaving this review for someone who treated here and can no longer speak for himself: An employee was a patient here for 2+ years. In January 2024, the pain became intolerable, and he had to stop working. We helped him file for company-sponsored Disability Insurance and sent the necessary medical certification to Beacon for completion. They refused to complete the documents; even though, as I said, he had been a patient there for 2+ years. In mid-March, the employee's sister took over his care and transferred him to a different clinic, who completed the medical certification the same day. Leaving one star for someone who was reaching the end of his life and was unnecessarily stressed about missing 2 months of disability compensation because of a piece of paper.

I see Dr. Dinning, the rheumatologist. If you ever need a caring doctor for a chronic illness such as Lupus, he is your guy! I have seen him for over 10 years now, and followed him over to Beacon! Everyone in this building is amazing and kind. From the moment you walk in you feel confident in your care. Dr. Dinning makes it a point to form a relationship with his patients that makes me know I’m in good hands and I trust his judgement. He’s amazing at his job, and listens to me when I tell him what’s going on and what I need. I also get monthly infusions and the nurses are so kind, caring, and good at what they do! If you have to end up needing care from Beacon, you are in excellent hands!

I appreciate the personalized service that Dr Danko and Stephanie Hart are giving me. They spend time communicating with us and explaining all the options. They are willing to customize the treatment plan to my needs. All of the other auxiliary staff are also very helpful and personable. They have definitely figured out that patient care is a huge part of the healing process. Highly recommend this practice.

I hope you never need to visit Beacon Cancer Care but if you do you'll find them to be the absolute best! I see Dr. Bartels & he is wonderful! Kind, responsive, smart & he listens to you. The staff is wonderful & the office is lovely. If you have to do chemo, they have a beautiful infusion room. Highly recommend!

The front desk staff, the nurses and the doctor were so amazing. We’d love to offer 5 stars but unfortunately there is one staff member, Veronica, that was less than cordial and extremely hard to work with. Communication with Veronica was left open to her own interpretation and it was extremely difficult to get the care we needed in a decent time frame. When we actually presented for the appointment, to initially be seen, we were then introduced to Veronica face to face in which there was no positive bedside manner or compassion whatsoever. Matter of fact, we actually watched her speak to the front office staff with great disrespect. As a patient and family member this was very uncomfortable. Dr Bartells was absolutely a joy to deal with and we felt very comfortable and positive in our choice to see him. Luckily we were able to receive treatment that first day which really helped.
