The team here is incredible. Dr. Prindle is truly compassionate and deeply cares for her patients. I can’t overstate how much the kindness and empathy of the psych team have meant to me. Finding quality healthcare on Medicaid is often difficult, but this team goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care.

RUN from this place!!! They DOPED me up with so many PILLS that it's going to take me many months to get off of them. All they care about is getting paid, doping you up, and hoping you will shut up. If you want to switch doctors, they go to the doctor you complained about to get permission if you can see another doctor. Talk about intimidation! Then, they might "agree" to keep treating you, like it's some kind of prize! NO THANKS!!! I'm going to a place that treats me like a REAL PERSON. I pay more than enough money for these services, and deserve to be treated better.

Worst place you could possibly go to. My partner's Psychiatrist Connor; told him at the end of his session (That I was joined in) that he is not mentally ill and making it up. He also refused to prescribe the meds he officially first offered in the first few sessions because he suddenly felt as though my partner was making up his mental health issues when we asked for the meds in our last session. VERY unprofessional, further causing my partner to spiral and not trust anyone as his constant paranoid thoughts are now confirmed about people always be out to get him. Thanks for proving to him he can't open up and be taken seriously. It took him MULTIPLE sessions to finally open himself up, all the dark things going on in his mind just to tell him he's faking it. You don't know what we go through on a daily basis and its ridiculous to accuse someone mentally ill who is desperate, confused and getting severely worse that they faked it. Keep your unprofessional opinions out of your work. We will be finding a second opinion, someone who will listen and not skim over everything, making quick assumptions because they don't care to listen, ask questions or fully understand.

I have had nothing but stellar experiences at this place. I switched from Chas to Heritage and the care was night and day - They set me up with a psychiatrist/nurse practitioner within less than *two weeks* who is always incredibly kind to me, never fails to listen, is patient with my mental health nonsense, and is very knowledgable. Even the waiting room is lovely with pleasant decor and receptionists who remember my name!! You guys are amazing keep it up <3

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!! If you want psychiatric help, please please please consider finding somewhere that is not here! The way these people handle their patients is disgusting and out of line considering they work in MENTAL HEALTH CARE. They are the most unprofessional establishment with how they do not ever have documentation of what my supposed to be dr and I would speak about not to mention how rude and belittling they are to you. The way they handle business here is a complete joke and as someone who relies upon mental health help and medication for it, do not trust these people an ounce! They will screw you over time and time again.

They did not listen nor care what I had to say. She had made up her mind before my appointment what medications she was changing. I was sent into a mental break down. Ended up at the crisis center. Which was a blessing because they found me a new doctor whom cared and listened to me! They do not refill meds. The front desk does not call back or answer their phones. This place added panic attacks to my panic disorder.

Great staff and Gina Prindle is the best. She actually cares about me and trys hard to get the right medications etc.
