I am a patient of Dr. Hollie Mills. She has been an exceptional primary care physician for me - caring, conscientious, supportive, kind, and fun. I recently had a medical emergency when she was out of town and Dr. Justin Thompson saw me in her stead - I received exceptional, thorough, compassionate care from him, too. I have been a patient for over 15 years, and have always loved the interactions I have had with every staff member. The new office is great but poorly staffed. Today is only 4 stars, not 5, because the PHONE SYSTEM IS A JOKE. I called 5 times in a week to gat an appointment. Every time I was asked to be put on a “short hold, with 2 people ahead of me” That’s not a short hold and I finally gave up.

After trying to get in as new patient at many other clinics in the area, I was promptly answered and helped by Ironwood Family Practice. Jenna at the front desk was so friendly over the phone and helped get my 3yo son and I enrolled as new patients with back-to-back apts within the week! Highly recommend giving them a call today!

I have been trying to get a new patient appointment for over a month. The front desk has taken my information 3 times and I was told that someone would be calling me. I called today after another week and a half and was on hold 23 minutes. I finally hung up. I guess they don't need new patients.

Tried to get scheduled for bloodwork & physical as I am 43. No information was given about how the get a blood sample, I wasn’t able to get it back before my appointment & the staff was not able to reschedule me in a reasonable manner. Each appointment requires months of pre planning & their communication is nonexistent. I don’t even know who my doctor is suppose to be. Just zero accountability

*2nd edit (12/2/24) I have been non stop harassed by them calling me to try to remove this review. It's been a robotic call every other day for weeks on end. I called them back and asked them to put me on the do not call list, which they refused to do without me providing my name / address. At this point it has reached levels of corporate harassment

I am excited that my new insurance will let us come back to have Dr. Emry. We moved to montana almost 1.5 years ago. He is worth the drive for my husband and I.

Very disappointed with this facility. I can't be certain but I am pretty sure I heard the doctor making fun of me on my way out. They coded my appointment all wrong and lied about the services they gave me. I would not go here. A complete disappointment.

Dr. Emry is my PCP and has been a fantastic doctor. He takes the time to discuss any issues I have with me and cares about my health. The staff is fantastic as well. Highly recommend Ironwood if you're looking for a PCP.
