I absolutely love this clinic for my women’s health needs. Dr. Helal delivered my oldest, Stephanie by middle girl and Dr. Richardson my latest two (CSection and VBAC). Amazing experience with all and even some prenatal visits with Dr. Penney. Kate is always phenomenal and my go to when she is available, unless the MD is needed for my care. Recently Dr. Richardson did my tubal and today my cyst/ovary removal. Amazing experience and rapid care (yet maintaining quality and empathy) for the more urgent and recent concern. They have also been a solid support through multiple miscarriages in the past. This team is well rounded, thorough and empathetic. I wouldn’t take my OBGYN care anywhere else! Thank you!!!

(support staff is also always amazing! From the front desk to the MAs and nurses to schedulers - THANK YOU!)

From the time I started going the front desk staff was impolite other than my initial visit. They want you to make payments as you go (for OB) but they are estimating what you will owe and they don’t bill insurance until after the baby is born. They offered a lab draw and stated that the girl in the lab Grace would go over cost. I asked how much it would be and Grace said $8. She collected a payment, a month later I was sent a bill for $3900. Insurance covered all but $1200. If I had known I would have waited to have the lab done because I was in the process of switching insurance plans. When I asked about it they kept pointing their finger at the lab and at me saying they were “sorry I don’t understand how my insurance works.” I have been trying to work things out with the lab Quest, and in the meantime I spoke to someone in billing who agreed I could hold off on monthly payments and pay it all at the end after insurance was billed. After this they continued to ask me for payments stating it was “their policy” this went on for months. At one point someone in billing approached me saying I “owe them money” when I explained the situation she started blaming the lab again. I told her I had arranged everything with billing so I wouldn’t have this issue and she insisted that she would know about it because there are only two women who work in billing. Turns out she didn’t even bother to look in my chart for a note before approaching me. I ended up switching OBs due to the stress. I was 34 weeks pregnant and couldn’t keep dealing with being treated that way. I had no issues with the doctors or the nursing staff. The schedulers were great as well and kind but there is no excuse for treating your patients like they are ripping you off at every visit considering the bundle of care is no less than $5000 before insurance. The billing issue was not solely with Quest. Initially it was but your office continued to be an issue long after “resolving” things
-From a nurse of 8+ years, DO BETTER.

Coming back to my OBGYN today was so bitter sweet, all my memories came flying back the worry and the joy! (Being high risk) This AMAZING staff has all became like a second family to me! They were all such a big part of my life all of last year seeing them every two-three weeks thoughout my whole pregnancy (found out when I was 5weeks and had my daughter at 39+3) and now for everyone to see my daughter earth side warms my heart at 5months and 3days!! I wouldn’t trust another clinic with my babies 🤍🤍🤍

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I added on as a same day (new) patient, they got me in right away (I was shocked I could get in so fast). Dr Richardson and her assistant were so prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Did necessary testing right then and there and had a solid treatment plan before I left the office (saved me from an ER visit). I could not have been more relieved and appreciative. I am so happy to have found this office, and would absolutely recommend Dr. Richardson.

While this journey for my wife and I has been hard, I would like to recommend whole heartedly that Dr. Richardson and her staff are a great choice for women’s health. As I am a man i understand my opinion my be considered irrelevant. Nonetheless going to these visits for my wife and I have been very emotional as it is not easy for every couple to procure children. With that being said, this staff has been so very kind and considerate to my wife’s needs. They have a gentle disposition, they are kind, they are thoughtful, they make you feel like they truly care. I would admonished any who are in need of there services that they consider Dr. Richardson and her wonderful staff.

This is, hands down, the very best care I’ve ever received. Dr. Richardson is the most caring and compassionate Dr I’ve ever encountered. She’s so knowledgeable, genuine and very willing to listen. The office staff is great, their systems seem efficient, and they never seem rushed or too busy to care about your needs. I’d recommend them over and over again. I’m genuinely grateful to have found this office.

For over two years I have had the privilege of being under the care of doctors at Health Care for Women. Initially, I was under the caring capable hands of Dr. Cutting and when surgery was required last June, a referral was made to Dr. Richardson. As an RN with over forty years of medical experience, I can tell you that I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Richardson’s skill as a surgeon and have witnessed firsthand her ability to competently navigate a patient (me) through the recovery process. Perhaps more importantly, I am one of her patients who needed extra time on a particularly tough day; in that moment I found her compassionate presence to be unsurpassed. I am grateful to have Dr. Richardson as my doctor.

I have gone to Health Care for Women for 18 years, and I have ALWAYS had the best care and treatment. They have delivered both my children, and done my hysterectomy. All the Doctors there are amazing, great bed side manners, and all around great people. I know my health is their #1 priority when I go in. I will never go anywhere else for any OB care. Even the office staff are absolutely amazing, and so friendly!. If you are needing any OBGYN, prenatal care I would highly recommend going to Health Care for Women.
