Came here to get a breast pump through my insurance and the whole experience was so incredibly easy! I had no idea that this was even an option, but I'm glad I found them. They had 4 options which were fully explained and shown to me and was able to leave with the one of my choice. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and Kelly was very knowledgable and helpful as well, would highly recommend national medical solutions!

Kelly and the previous owner Scott gave great service in fact 5 stars and Kelly still gets 5 stars but the new owner not so much. I was expecting a delivery today of an item I really need but the owner didn’t even order it until today. I am disappointed and angry!

I received excellent service from National Medical Solutions when I needed a brace for my knee. During my visit, they spent a lot of time with me, bringing in several different types of knee braces for me to try on. They made sure the fit was correct and that I was happy with my choice before I left. They were upfront with the prices and had already contacted my insurance to make sure I had coverage for the brace before I even arrived. Kim did a great job of getting me in to be fitted.
Kellie was terrific in explaining the brace. She showed me how to wear it. How to turn the dials with the process of wearing the brace. The staff in the office worked extensively in order to bill and pay for the majority of the brace. Thank you everyone for making my experience Terrific!

Due to the need for a shoulder replacement, my doctor sent me to this company for a fitting of a brace to assist in the healing process post-surgery. What a wonderful experience. This brace is a significant apparatus with clips, snaps, and straps everywhere. It would have been a difficult “diy” for sure. Kelley did an amazing job of fitting the brace specifically to my body and making all the adjustments for a secure and supportive fit. She made sure my husband and I understood the process to use for taking it on and off as well as adjustments to make for comfort. Additionally, the office staff had done all the insurance coverage research to show the exact cost out of pocket for us. What a delight to find this kind of customer service. I will certainly recommend National Medical Solutions to anyone needing a medical apparatus to assist with temporary or permanent support.

The technicians were very careful about the proper fitting of the brace, making sure it was comfortable for me. They explained about the parts of it, and how to wear it.
They were Very helpful and friendly throughout, and said ‘ if there are any difficulties give us a call or come back’.
