Sandra was great! We visited with her via telehealth from the sleep medicine office in Post Falls. She was very thorough, and she asked lots of questions about my overall health, and my specific sleep apnea. She went over the study findings that I’d had prior to our visit with her, and showed me the readings from the report, and how to interpret the findings. That was very helpful in understanding my condition. She offered her recommendations, with which I am following through. She explained next steps, and was very informative regarding what to expect. I appreciate the time spent, and she really took her time, she was personable, and we were not rushed at all. Overall, this was a very good visit with this specialist. I will use her again, as needed.

My sleep issues are not that big of a deal to me, but my wife says it should be. When talking to Sandra, she shared everything I needed to know about snoring and being tired upon waking. Sandra is great to talk to, my wife liked her also. Sandra mentioned what all my options were and did not force any solutions to me. I will be back to pick up my at home sleep study test in about a month.

Ms. Rybacki was very professional w/me. She has been working w/me since my sleep study to get me set up w/the right equipment & attachments so that I could have better rest. This appt. showed I was having better rest than in the past. Sandy had studied the printouts from my BPAP machine & had suggested several changes (like staying on my side as much as possible during sleep & a different face mask). Everything finally resulted in less incidents of breaks in restful sleep. I thank Sandy for her professionalism, caring & persistence in my case. She said she will now ck me on a yearly basis. I thank her wholeheartedly because I was dragging, tired & depressed before she worked w/me.

This was an unexpectedly pleasant appointment. The technology was a non issue! The video call worked just right and my provider was able to access my sleep history from my machine!!! I am 64 years old and expected this to be a nightmare, but NO. I am impressed!
