My father had oxygen equipment through here; he was on his deathbed with a septic infection. He lost his apartment and car; he was in the hospital for weeks. He ended up beating the infection and in a nursing/rehabilitation home. Kelly's medical called wanting thier equipment back we got it back to them in a timely manner and they were happy when we did the manager said quote " Thank you for bringing it back so sorry about your father when he gets out have him call us and we'll gladly allow him to use it again" well he gets out in a week and we called her yesterday... she blew my dad off and said we can never rent from them again because we didn't return the equipment when he went into the hospital... that was the last thing on my family's mind when my dad was on his possible deathbed it's not very often someone survives a septic infection... don't do business here please go to another medical supplier. They will smile than stab you in the back like the garbage they are.

I came here the day before they moved locations. The woman at the front desk was an amazing help. She was able to fix my dad's very old sleep apnea machine. She was extreme nice and was very helpful. I would highly recommend Kelly's Home Medical.
