Initially, Patrick called me to acknowledge they received my order and he was very nice, professional and informative. When I met with Mary, she was great! Very informative, professional and kind. Explained everything to me and made knowledgeable suggestions. My experience with her was very pleasant.

Mary and Bill at the Rockford location have been so incredibly helpful and friendly, I cannot thank them enough.

My insurance and the sleep lab I went to ended up taking well over a month to get everything squared away, but these guys were persistent about making sure to stay on top of them so that I could get my CPAP machine as soon as possible.

They are both so incredibly friendly, accommodating, and have spent more than my share of time answering my questions. I have never felt rushed or like I am a bother.

Top notch customer service, flexibility, follow through..... If you need medical equipment in Rockford you would be nuts to go anywhere else!

My wife had knee replacement surgery and was given a prescription to take to Lehan’s for a walker. We stopped there on our way home from the hospital and presented our insurance information and the prescription. The lady refused to dispense the walker, claiming that she needed more information. She said that she would call.

We went home and as we got out of the car my 75 year old wife collapsed on the garage floor. I had to carry her into the house. I purchased a walker at a local pharmacy so that she could move around the house. We didn’t hear from Lehan’s until the next day and they still wanted more information. We canceled the order

This was one of the worst examples of customer service that I have encountered

This was my first experience with Lehan's and I couldn't be happier with my visit. A Big Shout out to Mary. As a Respiratory therapist she showed her expertise and knowledge. Also you can tell she loves her job. She was warm and welcoming showed her concern for your well-being. Thanks Mary! You made a visit I wish I didn't need a very pleasant experience.

I've been dealing with Lehan's Rockford for several years. They have great customer service. They pick up and deliver equipment. Their rental prices are reasonable. I'm really happy with everyone I talk to there.
