I filled out an online form giving information on insurance to see if I qualify to get therapy, someone did call but right as i clocked in to work, So she scheduled a time with me so we could talk about getting me an appointment if my insurance was accepted, she said she would give me a call at that time.
That time arrived and She did not call.
So I called the next day, She said sorry and what not and we scheduled her and I to talk the following day. Again, She did not call.
I have not called back again, As it gives me a bit of frustration that a business that is supposed to help people with mental health situations, doesn’t even call when they are scheduled to call?
All I want is to get into much needed therapy… I don’t even know where to go..
I understand everyone is burnt out , But its a place that is supposed to help others with this stuff?
