Treatment was great. Clearing up billing issue errors on their end is time consuming and painful. They wanted me to get all information for them as they will not make a simple phone call to clear issues up with insurance providers. Administration is cold and uncaring.

Great place with terrible management that appears out to squeeze patients after treating us.

Doesn't even deserve a single star. If you have to be in the hospital for any length of time or go to the ER for anything, steer clear of this one. My step Mom had to ask for pain medication she was allowed to have and kept getting the run around then the family member kept getting the run around. A nurse and radiology personnel throws her on the hard x ray table then gets her back to her room and throws her back in bed. Somehow phone charger goes missing from observation when they transported her to 4th floor, somehow she got placed on a diet and she was expected to get up and start moving on her own when somehow the Dr never talked to her about it but for some reason it's in her chart. Never dealt with the same Dr. She talked to a previous Dr and somehow it was put in her chart but not by a Dr about the diet. After step daughter brings it up to dietician head honcho, she finally gets a regular menu. They also somehow forgot to feed her. The problems of this place go on and on. Ended up calling state.

My husband has stage 4 cancer and needed a stent. It was a 5 hour wait for a room then the nurse was the worst.Nurse stacey was mad because her replacement wasn't on time and cussing and acted like she was put out and kept saying she was hungry and tired. She didn't come back in the room once I had to go to the desk were she sat and didn't move. My husband had to use the rest room no help .He was freezing no help ask for a pillow no pillows. After she left we had a great nurse either Kelley or kinzy she was sweet and kind. She even got upset when to nurses came in and asked if they could put him in the hallway for treatment they needed the room.Ive never seen anything like thisThe ER dr was an older gentleman very helpful. But when you ask a stage 4 cancer patient can they go to the hallway for treatment and the nurse Stacey is talking about him at the front desk and cussing and mean you need to address you hospital staff.

I ended up in the hospital twice for this infection. I went to ER and they were nice and did tests. The only thing is I wish they would explain things more. I was admitted. The doctors were good. A shout out to Dr. Zaioor. He is a excellent doctor. He got me on the right antibiotic fairly quick. The nurses on that stay were nice enough. They took pretty good care of me. Then the second stay 24 hours after I was discharged I was in so much pain they admitted me again. Dr. Zaioor of course was right on it. I was on the 4th floor and the nurses were good. In the evening I had a nurse named Jenny and a PCT named Teisha. They were awesome. They made sure I had what I needed and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. I think they went above and beyond their job. Thanks girls for everything.

This is the most IRRESPONSIBLE version of health care that I've ever seen in this country. It boils down to bad management. It would probably help if they stopped treating ppl like they were picked up at a slave auction. If it wasn't for the number of travelers here, this place would have to close. If you can, stay with your family member at night, do so bc call lights don't get answered (no matter how many ppl are sitting at the nurses station), they all hear it, but are so short staffed and over worked they don't want to answer it. If you or your family member end up in MICU, I'm sorry. Those are the most unprofessional nurses I have EVER seen. They will make fun of and talk garage about the patients there. I've heard it with my own ears. There's a plethora of violations, and this facility would face paying a lot of money if there was ever a surprise inspection (which needs to happen). Ppl in isolation don't usually have the required PPE available for the axillary departments and at night, but they aren't going to use it anyhow. I've seen staff go to enteric (c-diff) precaution rooms and not wash their hands coming out. Angela Bowels (day shift phlebotomy coordinator): You are a shift lead!!! You're not a manager! You also need to follow policy and scan armbands so you don't mislabel more blood samples from short cutting (yeah, I know what happened that morning). Also, stop going out to smoke during the morning run....everyone knows about that, it's not a secret. And, for the love of God, stop creating a divide between lab and nursing staff!!!! The staff is so rude here that it's sickening. As far as patients, if you want to live...go somewhere else!!!!!!

Let me say that I had really good nurses at the hospital…I took my daughter to the hospital. The nurses were very hands-on and they really listen when I talked. My problem was with the doctor that told me my Daughter had strep throat, not telling me that she had a blockage in her bowels. My daughter had been sick for days, stomach pains and lymph nodes in her stomach swollen.. he told me it came from strep throat later on finding out a week later she had a blockage in her bowels which he put in the notes, but did not disclose that to me. Once again, I do not blame the nurses, but I definitely blame the doctor that treated my daughter that day was standoffish with my daughter and I think that is very disgusting. Of this hospital especially the doctor Once again, the nurses that I had were beautiful nurses I appreciate them. The doctors will discuss in human being. My four year-old doctor left Care with a bowl blockage and he didn’t inform me. Thanks.

My mother has her gallbladder removed on Monday. Outpatient right? Think they'd have the decency to wheelchair my my mother to the car. After having the organ removed from her body. Nope. Made her walk. Sick.
