Parents purchased cane with cash for my grandmother, wouldn’t return money for item that had gaurantee. Claimed that cane was purchased with insurance, however my Uncle purchased a replacement cane for her with her insurance. Unknown to my parents, so they pick up the bent cane that had said gaurantee to return. They claimed that the receipt that had been submitted to the manufacturer had purchased the bent cane with Omaha Insurance, being the receipt that my uncle had, not the correct receipt that showed that my parents had paid cash. Very shady and argumentative when approached with facts.

EDIT— There is no scam in my statement. I am stating the facts of what had transpired. If this is how you reply to your consumers, by implying I am being fraudulent in my claims, really says something about your moral and standing. Being that your business lacks in professionalism. Please do not try to reply to my review of your business, from an error your employee made, six months later just to save face.

We got a bipap machine from them, as we try to support local businesses, however we have found out they charged our insurance company almost 5x more than value and are still going after us for our co-pay which is almost the full value of the avg. Retail cost! It is businesses like these that have caused our medical costs to be do excessive!

I just called for a client and bas8caly the person that answered the phone was very hateful towards me that i will not recommend this place to any of my clients I have never experienced a hateful experience as I did today this was first time I called for this client and she really was hateful .I would not go to this company and when I called back to ask her nicely to be more professional she told me thank you for telling me how to do my job well when answering phones you should be alot nicer.
