Worst hospital I've ever visited. ER doctor, Jonathon White was rude and uninformed. He kept forgetting and changing his story. He would tell us one thing and completely change what he just said. He blamed it on being busy. I was so angry I left the room. After I left, he questioned my wife, implying and asking if I was abusive. We will never be back and I will be filing a formal complaint.

I am DISGUSTED!! I brought my 11 year old daughter in at 3:30 PM for suicidal thoughts, its is currently 11pm. The evaluation finally got done about 20 mins ago. My daughter has been here with no food, in a room stripped bare for over 7 hours. We sat over 4 hours before we got blood work back, in our many hours here we have seen only 2 nurses and finally the doctor after he waited 4 hours to see her. We are still waiting, have no information and are both exhausted and hungry. This hospital is a joke And has blatantly prolonged our visit. I dont ever advise children come here. Especially ones who need help. You dont leave a kid to sit for hours on end that wants to kill themselves. I will never come here for any of my family again. I am disgusted.

Took my husband to the ER this week for what we were sure was a kidney stone. They got us in right a way. The receptionist, nurses and Dr Hays were excellent. They relieved his pain right away. Since he is a Veteran they worked with the VA to get approval for his visit. They were patient and respectful. We were very impressed with our visit. They were swamped that day, but they checked on us frequently. We were both cold so they got each of us a blanket. My only complaint that I would have is that it was really cold in the rooms.

Radiologist didn't read MRI correctly. The entrance is horrible to get to if you or a loved one has mobility issues. Staff was very friendly. That's why I gave 2 stars.

In May of 2022 I was hit by a semi while traveling, i am from Texas traveling to Indiana. I was taken here. They x-rayed my chest and shoulder and said I was fine. I just had whiplash. Incorrect. I had a torn shoulder muscle that was left undiagnosed until i saw my lawyers doc two months later. While at the hospital, I did not see a nurse at all until I went to their counter and interrupted their talk of some sports thing to see where the alcohol wipes were to clean up my scrapes and cuts myself since they were not interested in helping me. This is not why I am giving them a 1 star. I know nurses are busy and the accident was not that bad, but still what the hell. Last year my lawyer sent the payment to the hopsital after rhe settlement. It was an over payment so I am due a refund. The hospital failed to post the payment to the account. I have sent them the documentation on this payment multipul times. They sent me to collections AFTER the payment was supposed to be posted and after i called them 3 tomes to ensure the payment was recieved. I even have a copy of the posted check that was sent to them. I fixed things with the collection agency with in an hour of them contacting me using the same documentation i sent the hospital. Every time I call the billing department to find out an update, I am given the run around. Told to call back in 10 days or some one will call me back and then they don't. It has been a year now of fighting with the hospital billing to get this done. And still today, nothing. No payment posted to my account and another fake promise to call me back. My advise, stay on top of your payments. If you are in an accident like me, ask your lawyer to send you a copy of the posted check for your hospital bill payments so you have documentation when they pull a stunt like this.

My experience was awful. My IV hurt I informed the nurse who said too bad that's the best vein we could find when I asked if he could take it out he said "No I'm leaving, rolled his eyes and walked out. Blood began to pour from my hand where the IV was placed while it was still in my hand. The Dr. was rude, rough and disrespectful, threw my belongings in the floor and discussed personal medical information with a visitor without permission. One of the female nurses was cursing and yelling about me to the other nurses. They just stood and looked act me and continued to talk about me. Another nurse came in my room and yelled at me. Rather than continue to stay and undergo anymore disrespect and abuse I asked to be discharged immediately. It was the most horrible experience I ever had at a hospital. Everyone was rude unprofessional and disrespectful!

I am so glad I ended up in this hospital!!! I was in the swing bed program and everyone I encountered was an extraordinary person!!!!! Even the chefs came to my room and asked me what I'd like to eat. The food was amazing and fresh fruit with almost every meal!!!!!
The nurses the helpers,therapist, everyone I consider family!!! I was there 2 weeks and got the best care possible!!!!! They went beyond the call of duty 110 percent!!!! I live almost an hour away and hesitated going that far but it was soooooo worth it!!!!! Thank you to everyone who dealt with me!!!!

Our daughter was having trouble breathing due to a cold , congestion and we had 3 hours more to drive to get home from vacation. The ER staff got her in and looked at and a nebulizer treatment all within an hour. They were very efficient , caring and kind.
