Terrible Service and Outdated Equipment

If I could give zero stars, I would. Heartland Home Medical Supplies has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Their medical equipment, including hospital beds and lift chairs, is outdated and prone to breaking down. To make matters worse, they refuse to send anyone out for repairs, leaving customers stranded with malfunctioning equipment. This is completely unacceptable, especially for people who rely on these essential medical supplies. Avoid this company at all costs!

They sold me a lemon scooter and I have given them 2 years to resolve the issue and all they did was make me pay for and replace 2 new batteries on a brand new scooter that I only put 7 miles on it. And even after I replaced the batteries, it still didn’t work and they are refusing to do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and never purchase from this company.

I purchase a Golden Tech Envy power wheelchair from Hartland. I brought it back for a repair. I was told it could not be repaired so they disposed of it without notifying me first. The Envy was purchased 9/9/2022. It was not 10-15 years old.
