My CPAP machine was just delivered. Carolyn walked me through the technical issues in great detail. She helped me choose and size my mask, and I could not be more pleased with her obvious care and concern for my comfort and confidence with using the machine. I had an excellent experience with the young lady who came to my home for a CPAP consultation (I do apologize, I forgot her name). They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail. They made sure I felt comfortable with the equipment and answered all of my questions with care. Wow, all medical supply companies should be like Prism. I went through two other companies for my CPAP supplies before my new sleep doctor recommended Prism. I decided to make the switch and it has been night and day. Prism called me the next business day to schedule a delivery, something my previous companies didn’t offer, which saved me from driving to Schaumburg from the city.

Day of, Carolyn gave me a call right on schedule to let me know she was on the way. She arrived right on time and was extremely friendly. I was pretty familiar with the equipment, but she walked me through everything anyway to make sure I didn’t have any questions. She even answered all my questions about insurance and how often I could order supplies, etc. I could tell that she was passionate about her job and helping people get everything they need.

I was impressed by the sleep therapy guide she gave me, which was high-quality and covered all the information I would ever need. I was happy to see that I could use an app to select which supplies I would need each month, a far cry from the calling and run around I would have to do at my previous supply companies.

I would highly recommend prism to anyone needing medical equipment. They are the best around!
