Dr. Thompson and his assistant Victoria provided excellent service and information re my condition. However the patient portal that Derrick uses leaves much to be desired. Login, password, etcetera are cumbersome and unnecessary. Just e-mail me the results. Why do I need to jump through hoops like a trained animal in order to see my results? How is this easy or convenient?

It's rare to find a dermatology practice where they don't find something to biopsy at every annual check. That kind of profit mongering is what drove me away from my former provider and to Derick Dermatology. At Derick, I receive a more thorough examination from professionals who take an active interest in me and my health. They make the time for questions, explain procedures, offer recommendations. On top of all that, no unnecessary biopsies when you come in for an annual check! Yay!!

Staff is very nice, Warm, comfortable and welcoming setting. They are very knowledgeable; I asked PA-C Baruch some of the same questions I asked my previous PCP, and without hesitation she knew what it was, explained it and gave treatment. Thank you.
