I’ve been a patient of the Greater Family Health for many years now. It’s the only place I trust to go to for all of my medical needs and I also recommend it to my family and friends. My family have been with Olha Mendyuk for the entirety of our time as clients there. She’s very attentive and she’ll do anything to find a solution/treatment that will help you with your problems. Front desk staff is friendly, and they also have a lovely lady that works in the lab. She never fails to find a tiny vein on my arms and does it so professionally, that I never feel anything. (Unfortunately, I did have issues with lab works at other places before and I’d always leave with some kind of a bruise but not with her). Highly recommended!

Incompetent Doctors and Incompetent staff. I had an appt at 12:00, was told to be there at 11:45.
I wasn’t seen until after 1:00pm

Dr came in to see me for maybe all of 5 minutes just to tell me she didn’t know what was wrong. Told me to come back in a week if I kept feeling ill.
Seemed like she didn’t believe I was in pain.

The nurse that attended me also seemed like she couldn’t care less to be there. Overall very negative experience. I’ll be going elsewhere in the future.
