Initial appointment is done over phone with doctor, doctor will prescribe you based on what you are feeling. Contacted again because I felt worse and wanted to schedule something in-person rather than by phone again. Haven’t received a call back, and this was a few days ago. Will be reaching back out to get an in-person exam. Will update once had in-person visit.

What is going on? Your phone system is not working. I need to see the doctor! And not in two months like your answering service always says next available appointment. I've been coming here for over 10 years and only because of the great doctors. I had to take my daughter to the ER because I couldn't get through yesterday. I need a reply and an appointment PLEASE.

Worst experience ever. We just went there to get our reports. We had an appointment at 8 o clock. We were their at 8 o clock, but waited for 1:30 houre ,no one called us. When asked they said give us 1 min and waited 30 more min. I missed my final chem test because of them and my mom missed her job. I don't why I am giving them 1 star they dont even deserve 1 start.
