If you need reasonable prices for services, a clean office, a professional approach without unnecessary and unforced procedures and manipulations - this is the office for you! They have saved me and my child more than once. The working hours are the best, because in another office from the clinic, where the working hours are until 6 pm, they did not accept me at 5:30, because they were no longer accepting patients. I was shocked. In the Vitality office, I arrived at 7:50 and they accepted me! This once again emphasizes the customer focus of this place, for which I am very grateful to them. If all other medical offices worked in this way, there would be more happy people. I am very glad that this office is close by, with very convenient working hours, a clean office and pleasant doctors. Special respect to the owner of the company for what a wonderful office he opened and what a wonderful team he assembled. Thank you guys for the fact that I can always count on your help. You are great.

All staff was friendly and efficient. My doctor, Katie, seemed very knowledgeable. She gave me both scenarios for treatment and further options depending on the outcome of the chest x-ray. The x-ray was done right there, almost no wait time, and since I didn't have to wait for the results, I was free to go afterwards. Received results later on my phone and am set.

Friendly staff made both me and my child feel comfortable during a stressful time. The check-in process was quick and efficient, with nearly no wait. The team is knowledgeable, and the caring doctor provided more detailed explanations of the diagnosis and treatment options than any other doctors we've seen. I wish they could be my child’s primary doctor! The facility is newer, pleasant, and super clean, even with a lovely music playing in the background. Highly recommend! A++++ from every perspective! I had to make a very last minute appointment for lung pain and xray. I just moved to the area and this place is 2 min away so I made an appt. You walk in and are greeted by the friendliest staff! The physician (Katie) is beyond nice and personable. She listened and explained everything very well. The office itself is honestly the cleanest medical office I have ever seen. Oh, I was in and out so fast. Definitely recommend!

My family and I have been coming here for almost 4 years now. We have nothing but amazing things to say about them. Rod, Mark, and Luiza are angels in disguise. They are so compassionate, patient, and ultimately want the best care for you. Every time we have gone here - we’ve left with answers and a great plan of care. The entire staff is warm and inviting. They really make you feel like family.
As a mother, I’m beyond impressed at how they cater their care to kids. They make sure my daughter feels comfortable prior to the exam and answers any questions. They keep her engaged in her own exam too which eases the stress as a parent. Plus they have the BEST stickers and treasure chest for the kids to choose from after the visit. My daughter loves Patricia. She’s so warm and friendly and does everything she can to make sure my daughter isn’t scared. Vitality has made a longtime connection with the Adkins family. I encourage anyone if they need to go to an urgent care - please go to the Vitality Clinic on Dundee Road. You’ll be in the best hands.
