Sam, NP, was very helpful and SO easy to talk with. It was my first time seeing her and it seemed like she knew me already making me feel very comfortable. She was thorough and didn’t make me feel rushed. So thankful for Sam NP.

One of the absolute worst doctors I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Totally incompetent, with a massive ego & a sloppy office that can't answer their phone- i also believe this doctor discriminated me & judged me based on several factors. I would not recommend this place to anyone, stay far away.

I love this place! It took less than a week to get an appointment. I saw. Samantha. She was so nice and helpful. In 2 weeks I have my colonoscopy. No long wait. I’m seeing Dr. Victor.

Absolutely horrible experience, staff needs to learn how to treat patients with respect and kindness. Front desk staff are very rude and need to learn basic manners. Samantha Melroy, the NP, is a terrible provider and very unpleasant person. Did not bother with a greeting at all as she stormed into the room. Any time a question was asked she seemed super annoyed. The entire appointment was rushed and she only had sarcastic and mean comments to make. It was clear that she does not care about her patients and has no passion for the field. Do not recommend her AT ALL, definitely choose a different provider.

Rosanna made me feel welcome - my insurance was the same, sos all I had to do was update personal data, and sign okay to treat papers. The Polish? technition? Tatyana? was very efficient and Samantha Liam was very beautiful, but I knew she was married. The only problem was that i didn't have any questions already thought through before I came, and so they didn't get answered. Once i got home some questions arose, but it was too late to ask. Kelly helped me reschedule for next year when my insurance will reset, and she was not only cordial, but encouraging because she did what my mom used to do- let me know that I'm making good decisions. Also, the building, waiting areas, and offices were really clean, and well-maintained. Sincerely, Brian Carlson .

My experience was terrible. It was my first time here so I got a bit confused on which entrance to enter, so I was a couple minutes late and the receptionist was extremely rude about it.
I met with Sam Melroy and she was nothing but a sassy, rude smartass. She clearly did not look at any of my paperwork prior to meeting with me because all she did was patronize me on things I already knew, and when explaining my situation, she treated it like it was some chronic disease. She was such a pessimist and frankly just made me feel bad about myself. And she kept telling me ridiculous things that were totally jumping the gun (because I don’t even have an official diagnoses for my condition). Would give this place zero stars if I could for their terrible and rude staff. I have seriously never felt so disrespected in my life and this organization should be ashamed of who they are hiring.

UPDATE: My Mother received a letter stating...she missed her appointment. stating "Office policy is if the patient fails to appear for three appointments, we received the right to terminate our relationship with that patient" She was there! This office is extremely rude and they do not care abount their patients and their patient's difficulties. Hopefully, when we finally get to see a doctor, their bedside manners are better their staff's.

This office would get "zero" stars. My Mother need to see a GI specialist. When I made the appointment I told them why she needed the appointment. My Mother is 86 yrs old and in a wheelchair. We arrived 5 minutes late. I checked in. Then a staff person came out to the waiting room and said we need to rescheduled because we were 5 minutes late and the doctor had moved onto the next patient. I have never had any doctor's office do that! The transport driver started yelling at him, because it was "only 5 minutes". The woman behind the desk said it was ok, I am taking care of it. That women came out to the waiting and told my mother that because of her conditions which she listed in the middle of the waiting room. HIPPA!!!! That the doctor she had an appointment with would not be able to help, that she need to see different doctor and needed a longer appoiment. Why didn't they call me after seeing that the person who made the appointment scheduled incorrectly? They didn't even look at her record!! Needless to say after traveling in a transport van in a wheelchair in poor condition. She never seen a doctor and they scheduled her appointment in other 3 weeks. When we were waiting for the transport van to come back. The staff was asking the staff person who got yelled at by transport driver, if he was ok. No one asked how my 86 year Mother in wheelchair was feeling!!! I really don't want my Mother to go back to this place!! When they are more concern about someone getting yelled at instead of the patient!!!

While the front desk people were the worst medical office I have ever dealt with they get a zero. However, once you get past the rude Gustapo the Nurses especially Kristen and Dr. Sun was who was as one of the best doctors I have dealt with. Very thorough and took time after my colonoscopy to explain everything. Very detailed about follow up. Not rushed. Really cared about me as a patient. They offset any negatives.
