Do NOT go here if you want real medical care! Since Dr. Papadolis left, no one in this office cares about medical problems or patients a a person! As a physician myself and trying to get basic care for my mother, it's like pulling teeth to get anyone to answer the phone, let alone make an appointment or call back. There is NO DOCTOR at this location!

I didn't quite know what to expect from my first visit, more like a meet and greet, it was WONDERFUL!!! I will be having a new primary care physician after seeing the same doctor for almost seven years!!! I think that they are getting it right for all of us more mature adults that are in their second acts!!! I look forward to a long and healthy relationship at Oak Street Health. I am a 59 year old woman and I feel extremely blessed to have found Oak Street Health Dr. Pappadopoli I am so pleased to say that I found a primary care physician who is compassionate, extremely thorough, highly knowledgeable, puts his patients first is very friendly and helpful, I just can’t say enough about him and the entire staff! My husband Nicholas feels the sane way! We truly haven’t felt this way about a Doctor and staff in many many years if that at all ! We would highly recommend Oak Street Health to anyone and everyone who we know ! We know we are in excellent care and can lay our heads on our pillows without any worry ! The office is available for calls 24-7 /7 days a week for anyone’s needs ! I/ we would never switch to another Provider! Never !! Again actually! The office also has professionals who help people and will be helping us get in the Medicare program that fits our needs just another great service they provide! ! From the moment I called the office to make a first time appointment for my husband Nicholas and I the service was excellent. The moment we walked in the office the entire staff were second to none! The receptionist, Medical assistant, nurses, the office manager Hanna , the Dr’s transcriptionist Emanuel who takes the drs notes provides great service to us and the doctor! The dr. Believes that he can give more individual attention to his patients rather then typing on his computer during your visit with him ! This to me is such an amazing thing that the Dr. Does to ensure he hears everything from his patients looking in the eyes of his patients, developing a personal relationship with his patients! He Dr. Mark E .Pappadopoli is by far the best physician we have ever had the privilege to meet and treat us as our Primary Physician! As I said he is second to none and we are extremely grateful to have found him ! I have recommended and will continue to recommend this Doctor and Oak Street Health to anyone I know ! I want to and have thanked everyone in the Rolling Meadows office for their excellent service! My husband and I as I said were never so happy and grateful to be patients at the facilityThey have many offices also ! This office is close to our home however if it wasn’t we would go out of our way to drive to any office the Dr. Works out of ! I’m happy to have been able to leave this review! Thank you Oak Street Health. Finally a healthcare provider that is interested in preventive health first even for older adults. Not medicate and then see how it goes. It is absolutely refreshing. So far, everyone I encountered at the Rolling Meadows location is awesome. What I like most is the conversation I had with Dr. Avanni Patel, in our conversation she helped me realized how bad salt is and how much I was possibly ingesting without realizing it. Just that conversation has started me to review my salt intake and I have already begun to make changes. Altho, I eat healthy I never really thought about the salt I consume. It was her taking the time to converse with me that helped me realize this. I think this is going to be a pleasant partnership. Thank You All. I really appreciate each of you.
