REVISED because a very negative review finally caused them to respond. I wish it hadn’t taken so long and so many calls but they have apparently resolved the issue…I may be back for an update.
Original review:
Just the worst customer service ever. I had a procedure done and some idiot wrote down my insurance group number incorrectly. I’ve been billed thousands of dollars as if I have no insurance due to one incorrect letter in my group number…BUT NOBODY WILL CALL ME BACK. Neither the billing department nor the actual facility will return my calls…Useless voicemail system promises texts and returned calls and does nothing.

No matter which prompt you choose, they all go into voicemail. I guess negative reviews are pretty confirming. I left a voicemail, so I am curious what does it mean to them "we will get back to you promptly". Not a good place if you can't even get a live person on the phone. I wouldn't be surprise its a same for billing based on other reviews!

1st, I very rarely do reviews but after this procedure I had to do one. Whole experience was excellent! I have a fear of needles, so I thought this was going to be a traumatic experience. All the nurses and Dr Gluskin were excellent. Nurse Ann was extremely comforting in calming me down. Sheila did awesome job with iv where I barely felt it. Actual procedure was totally painless. I was in and out in 2 hrs. Highly recommend this facility!

First off the care I received for my procedure was excellent. The problem started when the bills came in. I received 2 bills from NW Endoscopy due 6/1, both were paid. After that I kept getting the same bills, and called to inquire about them. Apparently the checks I sent were processed to a different company that is tied to their billing service.
After two different conversations with the billing department, the problem still existed. My last call was answered by a very disrespectful women just wanted to tell me that problem was fixed, with no proof whatsoever.

Watch out! They will charge you incorrectly and there is no one available to answer questions post surgery. We tried multiple times to contact nurse and doctor and even visited facility in person but no one ever cares to call back. Do not go here! Find better facilities!

I had a great experience at Northwest Endoscopy Center. Everyone was friendly, polite, and professional. Dr. Lattin is the best!

For the 2 people before me that complained about the front desk, maybe you should consider if it was your behavior that incited the alleged rudeness. You get what you deserve.

Worst customer service ever. I have been waiting over 3 weeks to schedule an appointment. I uploaded all insurance information and have called numerous times and promised "someone will call back, today" What an embarrassing representation of a Dr.s office.
