Terrible care. Dr. Heavins was arrogant and unknowledgable. The nursing staff was nice but rarely checked in and they were very slow. I work in an ED and was appalled at the care we received. Save your time and keep driving to the next one.

They are horrible! Extremely slow. My daughter with asthma had extreme chest pain and got there at 3pm. At 7:15pm she was still in the waiting room.

My experience at this emergency was horrible and disappointed. I was going through tooth pains in the emergency room for close to 4 hours.they abandoned me with the pains.May almighty God never let me see what will bring me to the hospital again and again....this is so bad

If you’re a woman of color I would not recommend coming to this hospital. I came to this hospital probably two times since I’ve been in the area and each time the older lady at the desk will greet me with an attitude. Will roll her eyes every time I answer a question and was overall just rude. My husband took the kids up here and put in their birthdays wrong he made the correction but for some reason it wasn’t fixed. We was billed for the visit and I wasn’t sure why. I called and fixed it. I came up here Friday with my two kids they had to stay home from school for an ear infection and stomach pain she was just the most rudest person that I have ever met at a hospital. Had two people walk in after us and got seen. We ended up leaving, because the customer service had me and my children feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I’ve been to plenty of hospitals and this one by far I wouldn’t trust with my life. St Vincent will be my choice to go to from now on.

When I needed immediate help, I first stopped at the Hendricks Regional Health Plainfield Immediate Care. I was seen by Brittany M LaBonte and other staff who were very kind and caring. They performed tests, but felt I should be seen for further evaluation and testing that they could not perform. I was referred to Hendricks Regional Health Danville Emergency Room. I arrived, waited a couple minutes and was immediately taken to a room. My treatment was overseen by Dr. Christiana Jackson and her team who were absolutely wonderful. There was always someone in and out of the room checking on me and tests were being run to make sure all medical conditions were checked. I have never been in an emergency room where the staff was so caring and attentive to my condition and also without an extremely long wait both in the lobby and in the treatment room.

Every provider I have seen through Hendricks Regional Health has been caring, they listen, and I have been treated with respect. Without a doubt, I would recommend Hendricks Regional.

When you walk in you have the right to hald arm band in your hand if your cannot wear it because the person may have a skin problem it may cut her or him and when we get are blood pressure they did not take it off the person and shr gave whe. It hurts it not up to the her it is up to the dr to touch where it hurts
